BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! SORRY SERVICE, SORRY MANAGEMENT AND SORRY FOOD! It took us 35 minutes just to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get chips and queso, an hour and a half to get our food and it was ice cold when we got it, and then they never brought the silverware to eat it with! Then to top it all off the managers buddy and his girlfriend/wife? came and sat down at our table and were total jerks and refused to move when we told them this was our table so some of our guests had to end up standing. Then when I tried to talk to the manager, he got crappy with me and the owner threatened us! Nice way to treat your guests when they complain about bad service! I WOULDNT EVER THINK OF TAKING CLIENTS, FAMILY OR MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE!

This large, high ceiling restaurant features some amazing screen for viewing sports in full detail. It hosts two full service bars, several nice pool tables, and two, "larger life", life-size bears to greet you at the front door like The Southern Oracles in The Neverending Story. The staff was very warm and greeted my family and I with more enthusiasm than The Southern Oracles. The food and the service were spot on. No ones drink reached below one-third before it was filled. I love going to Flips for trivia on Tuesdays. The food is great, the beer is cold & cheap, and the trivia host is awesomely funny. The service is poor usually.... but we have had Johnny Y wait on us the last couple of times and he is AMAZING! Not only is he the best server at Flips, but probably the top customer service in general in the north Fort Worth area. Thanks Johnny Y for being awesome at your job and making my family game nights fun and stress free.

Good Food, Bad Service. Especially if youre playing pool, the waiters dont think youre gonna order anything so they dont ask. The owner is an A**hole to younger crowds (20s) He personally kicked the group next to mine out because of their age, although there is no age limit in the day time, and they didnt seem like they were doing anything wrong. He said and quote "I didnt intend on this place to be a HighSchool Hang out," and dishonored them free pool.

I ordered through entrees on trays, the ordering was great and they were really fast so props to them. However, my order was not made correct at all. I ordered a Texan burger, and I received a burger with nothing on it. Just a burger and bun. Called and no answer, finally got ahold is someone and they proceed to dodge my complaint. I order here a lot and this was completely unexpected

Very bad service. Was there playing pool for 20 minutes and no service at all. Finally one bartender came and offered drinks later on. They had a full staff and at least 7 of them saw me and no one came over. One of the waitresses was just talking to a customer for about 15 - 20 minutes knowing full well I was watching and had no service. Very dissapointed. I used to love coming here.

Nice spacious environment. On the particular night we went they were short staffed, and it took a long time to get our drinks. I felt like our waiter did do hid very best, and handled himself in a great manner. He couldnt apologize enough. My opinion, is that is a management issue. I will go back to try it again. The atmosphere was relaxed, and enjoyable.

I had a great ntime, and my server was exceptional. Unfortunately, during the course of my night I witnessed my server being pulled aside, and yelled out by a manager named Kara. This bothered me greatly, my server, Megan was amazing, and I would come back just to see her. However, I find a hard time condoning the behavior of that particular manager. It made me uncomfortable.

Took my daughter there for a nice lunch and shes 7 months pregnant. asked for specials and was dispoint theyre was no liver and onions but the carnivore burger was a great substitute. Waiter was nice and pretended not to notice how fat my daughter is. It was kind of rude he wouldnt let me smoke my after meal pipe inside but liberals do run this city now.

I have been to this place twice. Both times were horrid. The staff is very un welcoming and the food is bland and tasteless, and it doesnt even look good! Both times after I have eaten here I have gotten sick and thrown up. I do NOT recommend going to this place for food. And in my opinion it needs to be shut down. A disgrace to the restaurant industry.

The burgers are just awesome.. Weve been going here since it first opened.. Yeah, not every visit was 5 Stars.. But tonight, Drake at the bar was top notch with 5 Star service and The Texas burger definitely will have me coming back sooner than I went in thinking.. Juicy fresh ground chuck and brisket blend was cooked to a juicy Med-Rare and Perfect.

First time I went to this place was Jan 29th. Met a friend there. Pretty crowded but not alot of smoke even though they had a smoking section. Loved the different types of music playing. The waitress was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit there and plan on returning. The prices werent too bad. Seems like a fun place.

went in to have a good time w/friends and I met about 5 guys and they all were married and thought nothing of trying to pick up and take us home to our place of course, That is what i call poor patrons I will take my business else where, You cant even sit and enjoy watching the game without someone trying to hit on you

Food is pretty good, I always tried something different each time. Bartender service is spotty. Ive had good, fun service, and not so good. Last time I was there I literally had to wave at the bartender to get her to even acknowledge me after a good 10-15 minutes; the place was not busy at all. Bathrooms are nice.

Stopped by here as we were traveling from Lawrence, KS back to San Antonio. I must say this was an awesome choice. The food is great and the staff is unbelievable. Our waitress Megan G was on top of everything. Great food recommendations and our glasses were never empty. Wish we had a Flips in San Antonio!

Called a day early to make sure game I wanted was on big screen...was told yes... got here and game not on big screen! bummer. T hey do have good food and cold drinks. Find somewhere else to watch Vikings, the put Philly on big screen..3 Philly fans and 15 Viking fans......Whiskey, tango, foxtrot!

Food is amazing especially the chicken fried steak. Service is ok, our waiter Taz was great until he comepletely disappeared when we needed the check. We had another waiter see we needed help and he dropped off the check. We then had to wait again for someone to actually take our money and pay.

Stopped in to eat as traveling through back to San Antonio... A VERY GOOD CHOICE! The food was so good and our server Megan B was outstanding!!! She made food suggestions, as this was our first time eating there, and we NEVER had an empty glass. Definitely a place to we will stop at again.
