Some of the staff is great. Katy (sorry if thats not how you spell your name!) is the best waitress though. Thats why I typically only like coming on thursdays because shes always there. She always keeps our drinks full. Never have to wait for very long for service. Food is meh. Not terrible but also not great. Mind you its a sports bar in mansfield. Some of the reviews here seem like they were expecting it to be a 5 star restaurant. I typically order their sampler, taco salad, or inferno wings extra crispy. All in all its a great place to drink some beer and watch sports. If Katy didnt work here id give it 3 stars.

I have went to No Frills twice now & will never return. The food the first time was ok and the service was alright, I figured maybe the waitress was just having a bad day. I return a few weeks later & have a different waitress who acts as if serving us is the worst thing she could do at the moment. She was rude and when I asked to speak to the "Manager" he was even more rude than she was. I was shocked. He offered to give us something else to eat but I didnt accept, with the way they were acting I didnt want to risk getting sick from what they would have done to my food. Nasty place, horrible service!

Im going to give you an okay. Its a BAR...and I understand that. But as a former smoker, I can say now that I haate the smell of smoke and ashtrays. But thats just me. The place could use an air ionizer, and that would help with the smoke smell. The bartender was cool, and even gave an Oktoberfest on the house, just because I asked for one, and you didnt have it yet...then like 5 minutes later, the Shiner guy showed up and installed the Shiner Oktoberfest on tap. Yay, me, for calling that. The smoked turkey sandwich was definitely barfood...again, okay, but nothing special.

The service was terrible. I had to get up and go get my own drink because the waiter spend all his time in back laughing & joking with the other servers and didnt come by to check on us a single time. Also, the food was unexpectedly bad. We ordered hot wings, chili cheese fries, jalapeño bottle caps and funnel fries. The funnel fries were the only thing it was even edible. The wings were dry, the chili cheese fries and jalapeño bottle caps had absolutely no flavor. It was a complete waste of time and money. I heartily recommend that you get this No Frills a hard pass!!!

Unbelievably slow. Small meat portion on the Philly. More veggies than meat. Did I mention how slow they were. Reasonably priced but if your looking for good food, there is way better options at $10 a plate range.
