I walked in and stood at the take out counter for about 5 min before i was even noticed. Ordered Texas brisket sandwich minus coleslaw for 10.60. 10 min later i got my sandwich and was excited to take a bite. Turns out i got the point part of the brisket. It was nasty, fatty, bland, chewy and was down right inedible . The meat was not sliced and was the top fatty (point) part of the brisket. I couldnt even eat it. The manager was nice with my conplaint, but im still out lunch and spent 10 bucks on garbage. Should have gone to Colters (cheap bbq) instead. Probably would have been better. And the fries are like those cheap zest ones you buy frozen at walmart. SKIP this place.

We went to this flower mound location after visiting the local pumpkin patch and given a flyer there on a Monday at 1:30. We wanted to order chicken fried steak & were told they were out of batter to cook it in & they wouldnt have more until tonight or tomorrow when the delivery truck comes in. We got up & walked out! The restaurant was completely empty! The waitress said we were the 4th people today that they had to tell they couldnt serve them what they wanted.

Well, if you like your wet St. Louis ribs expensive, small, dry, pasty & more chewy than expired beef jerky, this is the place for you! Always assume that youre serving someone for the first time & give them your best cut because it could end up being their last time. Servers were great.

We had a wonderful waitress name Shannon that took care of all 6 of us superbly... Plus the fried catfish was awesome... Which is unusual for a restaurant that serves barbecue. Not that the other waitresses are wonderful but you need to ask for Shannon shes a great gal!

Awesome service for always showing up in a big group and always accommating. Great neighborhood restaurant for any day of the week. Obviously the food is good otherwise we wouldnt come here every week. No, I do not work here or am affiliated in any way - just like it!

Like the food. Service is good if they notice you. Not very busy during day. The only problem I am concerned with is the toilet in the bathroom! Place is clean, but the toilet seat is filthy! Need to get someone in there to clean and sanatize!!!

Had this place catered to work a couple times and had to try it in person. The ribs are amazing! Get the wet rub on it and some pulled pork. Seriously some great BBQ here. Good meal to get to-go if you dont want to wait to chow down.

Ok place of you like down home or southern cooking. If you are a veggie grab a subway sandwich before you enter this place. Not recommended for veggies at all ok for non-veggies. Not too enthusiastic about it.

Have been here several times for lunch, hope to come for dinner someday. I love the guitar decor, and the food is fabulous! Hamburgers cooked the way you want it. Turkey sandwich is unbelievably delicious.

There was only 1 server after lunch. She was busy with us and to gos constantly walking in. Poor management for not helping her. Cheese fries came out with burnt cheese all over. Wont go back

Food here is good, if you want something convenient and quick. There are better places for BBQ but you have to drive around 20-30+ minutes, so Red, Hot & Blue is good for convenience.

Love it! Good food, great service, excellent music! What more can I say? Try the Ribwich combo. Pulled pork sandwich and dry ribs. The potato salad is wonderful.

Cheese Burger: 3 out of 5 Burps: Nothing too special here. Just your normal cheese burger but I do like how they use shredded cheese if you ask for cheddar. :)
