Usually the food is good but today la malinche lost a customer that goes at least 4 times a week for one time of terrible service !!My steak was dry and I expected the waiter Andrew or the manager to make it right ,but they didnt!! I HOPE THE owners see this and realize wat incompetent and Rude employees they have!Especially the manager,she had the nerve to ask me to cut the steak so she could see the dryness, I told her no I didnt want it,so she takes it and brings it back and says its a good steak and says Im going to have to pay for it At this point Im furious and ask for the owner,she said there not there ,so I ask for the check!!And thats the end of that,so if you want bad service go to la Malinche!I will never go again!!

I wished I had read the reviews before stopping at this place! First, when we came in NO ONE said anything to us, there was a sign that said, please seat yourselves. So we did. Then we waited about 5 minutes until a woman came to the table Immediately assumed we spoke Spanish and started rambling. When I said excuse me we do not understand you, can you please speak slower and clearer? she started with an additude. When the food came she throw it on the table. I got upset and instead of saying anything, we asked for the check and left. I will never stop there again. RUDE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Absolute worse mexican restaurant Ive ever been to. Arrived and was seen by 3 people and no on bothered to seat us or tell us to be seated. There was no sign to indicate seating either. I ended up having to ask what were supposed to do. Then we got our food and it was disgusting. Never have I seen "huevos rancheros" in this style. Needless to say we didnt eat breakfast. Wasted time and money.

Today my family and I went to have a late lunch and not sure if The wait staff did not understand 11+ people We got a table that sat Only 11 . when I asked to be seated In the closed section , the waitress went and complained to the others whom were seated in the closed area right were we can see . As much as I enjoy the food never again will I set foot there.Thank you Gallegos family

My sister and I just walked in and walked right back out, Ive heard the food was exceptional so I decided lets give it a try.. we waited 10 minutes 4 employees walked right past us even looked us in the eye, until I pulled one of them aside and asked if we seat ourselves she gave us the ugliest look and said "sit down" oh hell no!! I said thankyou for your service and we left

Lack of staff is terrible. They forgot our eggs and tortillas and made us wait 30 minutes for our food. We couldnt call to ask where our food was because every single waiter avoided eye contact. We also got our straws like 10 minutes into when we ordered. If negative stars were a thing. Heres one place you have to avoid

Service late... People of a larger party came after us and they served them first. Food seemed as if they were in a hurry resulting in hard dry food and we had to order another plate. It was not such a great experience but it was one of the busiest days off the week.

We used to come at least 3 times a week. Loved the food and the service USED to be great. NOW the food is so so and the service is horrible. U seat yourself but now u wait such a long time to get waited on. And if u need a refill, good luck. Hope your not choking
