Everything was going great to start with, they had a decent price listed on their website stating $30 for a room for 3 hours, as long as you were buying drinks and food. I went in with 6 friends we were having fun then the room we were in got really hot. I started to sweat and apparently their air conditioning wasnt working, so they switched us to another room. It was nice roomy and looked great, we ordered a few more drinks and food and then started up the karaoke machine again. This time however we were plagued with a new problem; the sound could not be lowered on the microphone nor the actual sound system, creating an ear piercing loudness that just over powered everything. At this time we suffered through it for about 15 minutes then asked them twice if they could lower the system down, and they simply told us it was a as low as it would go. That just ruined our night. Over all the food was a bit sub par and the drinks on the pricey end. When we went to clear out tab. And I paid for the room they ended up charging us $30/hr instead of what they had originally said. Each of my friends spent close to 20-30 apiece and I ended up paying for 2 and a half hours. I was very disappointed but paid the bill and just went on with our night. Had to cut things short and go home.

It was my first night in Texas visiting my bestie. We love karaoke and drove an hour to get to this location and we were turned away at 11pm ...on a Thursday because they didnt have small room available for us. There were several large rooms available so we asked if we could sing in one of those rooms and we would gladly leave if a large party came. No flexibility. Totally not friendly. So not used to this at any karaoke spot. So we went to FAMILY KARAOKE and had blast.... for 3 hrs! Im not sure what kind of clientele they were hoping would arrive that night but in my opinion that was bad business.

Very good place! amazing rooms with great sound systems and music variety from classic to country to kpop whatever ,you name it. I think we paid about $30 for the whole night and we had a party of about 10 people. Very yummy soju at a moderate price, and it actually gets you buzzed unlike most soju Ive had. Not sure what time do they actually close but we stayed til like 3 am on a Saturday... and it was still pumped up! It gets really crowed tho so get there early and to get a room. Its down the street from Dn sung sa and Seoul Garden (2 great korean cuisine/BBQ places). Mostlikely coming back here!!

I used to come here quite often and it was always a good time. This past weekend I decided to come out after hours with a few friends, there was a crowd outside but we were willing to wait for entrance. Unfortunately after waiting in the cold for about 20 minutes we noticed that this entire time, they were only allowing Asians to enter. Literally people who looked of Asian descent would walk up to the side of the crowd and be allowed right in. Yeah, I dont give my money to places that discriminate. Bye racist Felicia.

Should be in negative stares!!!!! Someone being in a wheelchair should get the respect and privileges as anyone else. They wouldnt let us in because someone we were with was in a wheel chair. Doesnt deserve anyones money along with them playing favorites. Terrible place!!!

One of the best karaokes in Dallas area! There are a full bar, foods and private rooms so this is the best place to gather up your friends and have fun! They always have the newest pop songs and Korean songs. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

probably not the best place to karaoke since most people come here once the bars close. it gets pretty crowded and rowdy here since the social medicine has kicked in at this point. Ive even witnessed a drunken brawl here in the parking lot.

Fun place but can attract a pretty wild crowd. Apparently my friend had a knife pulled on him while he was in the parking lot. I was with him, but was talking to other people so I didnt see it. No security, so if you plan to come, be safe.

The people here tried charging me for the room next to us when we had only been there for 15 minutes. The bill was well over $100. Dont come here unless you "know someone". Thats the only way youll get good service.

The go to for good karaoke fun. Private rooms and a full service bar and kitchen. They recently upgraded their equipment and had a live dj in the bar area. Take a large group and enjoy.

Only fun if you dont have to pay for a room because its so empty on a weekday. $25/hr is too steep for me and my friend group. However, I liked the kimchi fries a lot.
