The name is Louisiana but its still a chain fast food place. However, the food is actually pretty good. I have tried most of the menu items and have found them, consistently quite good. The roux is the acceptable brown instead of the preferred black but all of the essential elements are there. When Im headed home from work and I just dont want to cook I go here to grab supper. Havent been disappointed yet.

Best place to get fresh chicken! I mean this is fall-off-the-bone quality meat! Exceptional customer service! Thai Tea is now back just in time for summer! I sure missed it! I recommend everyone to try their slushies and their smoothies! The green apple slush and taro smoothie are a great treat! Definitely try the Gumbo and Shrimp Fried Rice. Will be back for sure!

I come here very often, short drive from Baylor and the food is great!! Never had any issues here. Takes a short time to get your food but its made fresh. It comes in good time this being considered. I wish there was a Louisiana location near my home!!

The fish, chicken, and shrimp are very tasteful and they always give you plenty of french fries with any of their combo meals. Their cocktail sauce sauce taste very good.

waited over 20 minutes but it was worth it . had chicken tender that were huge . they have a good hot sauce . Also had the gumbo almost tasted like home .
