The plates we ordered: ramen as an appetizer, seafood pancake, spicy squid and broiled pork, spicy seafood soup and an apple soju. The atmosphere feels like Korea and the service is fair. Although, the pancake is good but the sauce was too salty. The spicy seafood soup and ramen was alright compared to others I had before. The place is more of a bar/hangout than a restaurant in my opinion because the soju and spicy squid with broiled pork stands out more.

Anything less than 5* for this place is simply inaccurate. This place could not be more impressive. The atmosphere, service, menu, and drinks are all amazing. The soju is very reasonably priced as is the food, which comes on huge plates which may be shared. Other drinks besides Soju are appreciably expensive, there are cheaper places to buy bottles, but DanSungSa is a very unique place that is growing extremely popular and for very good reason.

Impressive. The kimchee fried rice was delicious and the serving size was very generous. All the sides were great and instantly refilled as was our water. The kalbi was great everything about this little place was exactly what I needed. Price wise was probably the only thing I had a hard time swallowing. The kalbi Is just about 20 dollars. Even though they are delicious i cant see myself paying for that regularly.

Dallas K-town HOT SPOTT!!! Out of the bars in dallas. By FAR Dansungsa is one of the greatest place! The cozy and unique wooden interior makes you feel like you are in a different atmosphere. They have great deals with coupon cards. Various of korean drinks from soju to makkolli and mouth watering bar food. If you are looking for a new korea town adventure i would recommend DSS to you :)

Love this place. They have a bar area with bar top and private booths. They have the other side thats more restaurant like. They have booths that can seat 4 people and tables that can seat 12 people. Food is well portioned and decently priced. Liquor is really good to. I see them open fresh bottles right in front of you that have the seal on it so you know its a fresh bottle.

Very casual, homey vibe to this place. This restaurant has been in business for 12+ years and still is going strong probably due to its very welcoming feel and fantastic korean dishes. Reasonably priced drinks and pineapple cocktail soji is also a huge plus.

This place is AMAZING! Best place for late night Korean food. Perfect after a night out, or to begin! Well drive all the way to K-Town just for this. Food is great at a great price. Love the atmosphere. No worries, staff speaks English too!

Casual Korean pub. I used to like their miso chicken a lot, but it is no longer available. It offers a good variety of bar food though and has decently nice separate seating that allows for some private conversations.

Came here thinking it was a Korean restaurant. We asked for kimchi & they said that was not available by itself unless you ordered a dish with kimchi in it. Uh OK. Worst Korean restaurant Ive ever been to!

Always a welcome change from the typical Korean BBQ. Good selection of different dishes to choose from and portions are large for sharing. Yogurt soju is pretty good too.
