We arrived as a party of 7 with a newborn in a carseat. Once seated, the table given was so small, we couldnt enjoy anything as we were all touching elbows. We later see the table they gave us was intended for 4 people. They crammed us all at one. We ordered our meals, 3 of the 6 orders came out missing something, made wrong, or messed up. I personally ordered the Filet. It came out looking like a hamburger patty. I said something to server (who we had to ask for repeatedly because she failed to check on our table, refill our drinks & forgot several things) she agreed it didnt look like a Filet. The manager came out & apologized also agreeing. When they brought out the "new" filet, it had a rancid/bad taste/smell. 2 other adults took a bite just to make sure it wasnt just me (Im 11 weeks pregnant) they both spit it right back out & said not to eat it so I didnt get sick. We asked for the manager again, (by this time, the entire table including kids are done eating & all Ive had is my salad). He comes. Takes the steak to the back & comes back to tell us he ate it all (we told him to taste it himself) & it did have a bad taste. I asked to replace with ribs as I was still hungry (mind you, I still had the same now cold side item from the first steak). Ribs came out, took one bite & they were cold. We arrived at 7:05pm & when we FINALLY got our check to leave it was 10:35pm & I still did not have dinner. We have been to this restaurant several times since opening & each time loved it. (I actually had already left a 5 ☆ review.) But after this visit, we wont be back.

The service was great. They had drink and appetizer specials on a Friday night. The waitress was friendly even though we took a long time to order. We ended up ordering a 4 beers, wine and a margarita. For dinner we got three appetizers, a French dip and a Summer salad. The appetizers were great! The fried pickeles were the best ever! The French dip was above average but the salad is where the problems started. The chicken was completely raw. The waitress already came by before the salad was tried/look at. When I went to eat the salad the chicken was RAW! I thought you know what "mistakes happen". I was going to send it back, well it took our waitress about 15 minutes to return. Keep in mind she already check once but the apps were so good I havent even looked at the salad. By then all the other food was gone or we were done. When the new salad came out, brought by the manager the rest of the table was done eating. The manager apologized and the salad portion was larger than before. All was "okay" again in my book. Well the check came and we had to ask for the salad to be comped. What a disappointment. We will probably not be back.

Terrible wait time last night, Saturday, March 18. We arrived at 5:30 and were told the wait would be 30 minutes. When we received the text the wait had increased to 40 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, we checked several times with the hostess, and were told "they are clearing a table for you". 10 minutes went by and still not seated. We observed several tables empty but not cleared. Finally, at 6:30, an hour after we arrived, we were seated. We asked to talked to the manger and were told the hostess, was the manager. After we were seated, Kevin, not the hostess, came to the table and said he was the manager. He apologized several times for the long wait and did comp our appetizers. Two things stand out. The hostess had no clue as the wait time and availability of tables. Secondly, it appeared that there was not enough staff to bus the tables. Appeared to be a lack of communication between the staff. People running around not knowing their jobs. Definitely some training is in order for the staff. Not sure I would return.

Hosts are the first impression on a restaurant and having worked as a host in high school, I understand its truly not that much work compared to what we do nowadays. Unfortunately, I didnt get the name - but then again Im sure we all know who if you were here 1.1.17 - but the shorter young blonde host was incredibly uninviting. The food was obviously amazing. Service was exceptional after the beginning portion of the experience. Drinks are awesome. There are both families and younger crowds at least on the weekend when I came. All in all a great place to go out to eat with either your family or friends. All in all, service on point. I would re train the hosts though. I almost turned around after seeing their "I dont want to be here" attitude.

Terrific atmosphere. Plenty to look at on the walls and ceilings. Seating system is terrible though. There is currently an hour and a half wait, with 9 empty tables inside. Texts have replaced the buzzers (which isnt bad), but each person has 5 -10 minutes to drive back after they are texted to take their seat. Only after that are all those empty seats offered to the next group on the list. There have been 4 tables specifically that have been empty for over 30 minutes, still waiting on customers. Meanwhile, we have a 1.5 hour wait. They have to come up with a better seating system. To many people have left and the restaurant is waiting for people who arent showing. Chalking this up to growing pains.

Food was awful. 6 people dined in my party, 6 different items that tasted nasty and were barely warm. From the most nasty baked potato soup, an awful salad to probably the worst beef brisket sandwich. We did let the manager know certain portions of the meal were inedible, to which a few people had their items replaced with other bad food that had been nuked in a microwave. A few of us sent items back altogether and didnt end up eating. We paid the full bill regardless as the manager didnt take anything off. On to the atmosphere...Extremely loud, smells like a bar, super sticky floors and dirty throughout. The entire party of 6 agreed that we will not eat there again.

3rd time here and if the food didnt save it we wouldnt think of visiting again. We arrived and waited for 20mins, our party was 7 and a sling and their tables arent big enough to handle 6 people. The manager was nice but the server had food at a table that came in after us before our order was even taken. I love the food when its made right but if they dont work on service and make some changes in table size we wont be visiting again. We spent almost $100 for our family and the other family spent near $80.

Great atmosphere and food. The interior reminds me of back in the day when fun restaurants put cool stuff on the walls. Its fun to just look around. So far everything I have had has been delicious. The Shrooms are a great starter and the Blackened Cajun Burger with Jalapeno Bacon was very tasty. Separated bar / patio area is perfect for watching the game, having cold beer, and comfort food. Being good means being popular so plan to wait during the peak times but its worth it. Enjoy!
