Our 16 piece chicken meal was overcooked and overheated it was hard and dry like chicken shoe leather or some kind of chicken jerky. When I called the store to complain they told me well nobody else has complained youre the only one. Then when I asked him and told him I would bring the chicken back to them they said they would only replace eat each piece that I still have that we didnt throw away. The management didnt really seem concerned or care about the customer experience whatsoever.

Food is great but almost none of the staff speak english, counter help and management, and orders are frequently incomplete. I have to check every single piece before I can leave. Frequently run out of several side dishes before 6pm with no further to prepare even if you are willing to wait. Sauces are commonly unavailable. Clean with tasty food though when its actually available.

. However, if you go through the drive - thru, check your order before you leave. They have litterally messed up 3 of my last 4 visits. Couple of times, they made things right, but the last time, the girl was almost combattive when I called. I absolutely dont go for the wonderful staff, but the food and sweet tea is good enough to keep going back.

Literally the worst Popeyes in Houston. On multiple occasions, when ordering chicken nuggets, they chop up chicken tenders and give them to me. It sucks to get home and see they have given you something you didnt order! Why wont they just say "Were out of nuggets would you like something else?"
