For years I have gone to this KFC because it is the only KFC close to where I live. It is so annoying that a majority of the time they mess up my order. After reading through some of the recent reviews it is obvious to me that this location has some serious issues. My belief it is with the ownership which is reflected in the quality the employees produce. Now, I am sure most of the employees are very hard workers. No question there. Today, I really wanted to get a family sized order of KFCs grilled chicken. I was VERY clear that I wanted grilled because I asked if the price for the $20 fill up was the same for grilled chicken. They said it was so I went with that is my order along with a $5 fill up which included a larger order of popcorn chicken and cookies for our little ones. When I got home and opened the chicken I was very disappointed. They gave me 8 pieces of original recipe. I ABSOLUTELY wanted grilled so I drove back to the KFC and called the manger on my way back to save on time being my family was already at the table waiting for dinner. I did not get mad or even say anything like "this is the NORM" for this location. I just let the guy know the order was a mistake and that I was on my way in to swap out my order. When I arrived to swap out my order the manager a bigger guy took my order and tossed it in the garbage as he walked away. He did not apologize or anything. I figured he was just busy and not RUDE. Well after waiting 15 minutes longer he finally had my order. At this point I figured he likely did not have enough grilled chicken prepared which is why I received the wrong order. That being said I did not say anything. When I finally was called he handed me my order and I said thank you. He did not even acknowledge me just turned around and walked away. First, my opinion after reading so many horrible reviews I questions why KFC allows this out of their stores. I can only assume that these are franchise stores and that this owner frankly just does not care which is very reflective with in his managers. I can honestly say at this point I will not return back this restaurant location. The truth is the grocery store on 41st and Peoria has great chicken and I do not have to put up with people like this...

Utterly Rude and disparaging shift manager "KELIA" and Im sure the GM is the same way since everything rises and falls on leadership. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOULL BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING. I would have spent my money and time there but the shift manager was completely ill-mannered. After asking them to fix my order the workers expressed themselves in a rude manner EXCEPT ONE GENTLEMAN WHO WAS RESPECTFUL my respects to him. So then I asked for my money back in which case the shift manager KELIA snatched the receipt from my hand and began to rail about how nobody forced me to come to KFC. I asked her to at least treat me like a human being and have some respect. KELIAS response was that she wasnt "going to be kissing my ass" if thats what I wanted. Before I left I asked for her GMs phone number and she completely ignored me and left to do some other things. I was still waiting for the GMs number and she started to yell for me to leave "her store" because I was causing a disturbance (even though nobody was there, which I can see why). I actually thought it was Funny how I came in hoping for a nice meal and ended up being insulted and kicked out from the shift manager herself. Funny how life works lol. . Ultimately I ended up going to Popeyes to eat some delicious sentient beings To make some GAINS!! Phenomenal customer service and amazing food at POPEYES. ;) Cheaper too.

I used to work there. They cross contaminate, serve undercooked food, the manager shawn steals money, charges for sauces and pockets the money she charges for them, punches employees, gotten into fist fights with customers and employees. Yells "F***YOU" at customers who are unimpressed with the poor service. Pops pills and snorts lines in the office. Her name is Shawn. Billy the GM makes jokes about how badly she treated us. They put my gf on the register on her second day with zero training during sunday rush. She obviously had a backed up line and messed up orders, shawn yells at her and literally punches her. The cooks are drunk and everyone including the managers is smoking weed at the dumpsters. They are rude and talk terribly about their customers and tamper with food. They also give wrong orders and trained us to give less chicken if were running low. Like if you order a 12 piece, theyll only give you 9. If theyre low on white meat, theyll sneak in dark meat to fill up the bucket. They staged an armed robbery a few months ago and got away with it. We had a sick manager(flu) that worked drive through for a few days and was touching all of the food and caughing all over her hands and would openly talk about her poop and vaginal smells at work. Im a dude. Not what i want to hear.

This is by far the worst KFC ever. They are very rude and the food is never right. Today my girlfriend went and got our family food. When she got home she realized they did not even put chicken on her chicken sandwich, they was fried chicken skin with almost no meat. On top of that it was very old and almost black in color. She decided to go have them replace the order. On her way she tried to call them with no answer. When she arrived all of the employees but one where out smoking. She made the comment to the girl inside that they wont answer the damn phone and was then refused service because she "cussed" at them. Really. She then asked for the manager that proceeded to start a fight with her. The manager was a man. He refused to help her, giver her his name nor the name of the gm or the number to corp. They are crooks and i will no longer give any KFC any business and will in turn go to popeyes or churches. Do no go here they are rude, crooks and management does not care and condones it.

Spent 22.99 plus tax for a 12 piece ckn tender meal (comes with 2 sides and 4 biscuits.) March 31st at 8pm. Got home and 4 of the 12 piece was old and stale mixed in with some fresh. Biscuits were a solid weapon..awful food. Sides were the standard coleslaw and potato and gravy..hard to mess that up as they come pretty much mixed out of the bag. However, when contacting the store about it the mgr. Keila stated we could come between 10am and 2 pm to pickup a replacement. Due to working, I was not there until nearly 3pm. The "replacement" was set aside for us..the order was exactly like the first..stale,cold and old. Terrible experience. Will never return here. Brand new Popeyes around the corner..if you want fresh and great service go elsewhere.. -10 rating.. Manager KEILA SUCKS.
