Went to the Buffet around 11:30am on March 10th, 2017. The overall appearance as I walked in was dirty, and as you come in you pass a trash can near the buffet that had the smell of something rotted/spoiled. After getting past the stench, I had to wait on the front register operator for about seven minutes. No clue what he was doing. After ordering, I find out that there is no chicken on the buffet. They do have chicken made and sitting in the warmers, however none of the KFC employees are attending the buffet. Me and several other customers have to wait another TEN minutes before chicken is brought over from the warmers to the buffet. The chicken was mediocre at best, because it had a soggy texture the breast meat and legs that I ate. There was something that looked like a vein in the breast meat... it was perfectly in the center of the biggest white meat part. I have no clue what it was, but I doubt it was a vein since I have never seen any veins in this part of the breast meat before. This experience here at the Bartlesville KFC ruined any chance of me ever coming back to any of the KFCs ever again.

My husband and I took our grandsons to Kfc on Sunday, April 9th. we were on our way to the park, so we decided to go through the drive through. we were 6th in line, which took us 40 minutes to get to order, both boys telling us they were hungry. Its now 12:30. we order the bucket of chicken with fixings, to be told they have no white meat. so we ask how long will it take to cook more white meat. they have no white meat to cook. We asked if there would be extra pieces of chicken added to the order, or a discount given. We were told no so we cancelled our order and still had to remain in the line for 20 more minutes before we can get out of the drive through. All this time the employees allow 12 more cars to enter the line behind us instead of putting a sign up, or having an employee stand out there to inform the customers before entering the drive through. Ruined our whole day!!! Cant wait for Chick fil la to open here in Bartlesville.

Three strikes and Im done! The last three times at KFC and my order was wrong every time. Worst of all you Im sorry not lest fix it or get try and get it correct. How difficult is it to put the right and correct amount of chicken in a box. Terrible service and even worse customer service.

Horrible this time and last time, no pot pies, no biscuits, the store needs new management (manager) one who will train and oversee their employees. Like a bunch of jr high kids working if you call it working! Im done with KFC! WE NEED A CHURCHES in bartlesville ok!

Overpriced and way too greasy...case in point, the next day, wake up and open your bucket of lard, errr, I mean chicken and you will see the layer of white grease all over.... Thank God we are finally getting a Chicken Express as well as a Chick Fil A

I love KFC! Original is my fav! The steam table does needed to be turned up as the veggies are never hot not even a good warm....also put the chicken back ON the BUFFET line!
