Go inside and you will see mold on the ceiling, the place smells musky....Food prep area looks like a nightmare.... Soda machine make you think of those days where you would have Marvin saying SLIME IN THE ICE MACHINE!!!!!! If you order a 5 dollar box which includes the cookie... you better hope they do have it in stock..... i went thru the drive thru and knowing the service here has been beyond bad including not getting your correct full order I checked my bag to discover not only my cookie missing with no other sweet replacement.......... i asked for the two piece extra crispy.....I was given original.... without my knowledge.... I asked about my cookie and was told they have not had cookies in stock for 3 days..... Thanks for letting me know i thought..... then I asked them about my chicken.... to which im told..... they ran out of extra crispy....once again thanks for changing my order and not telling me.... you know the customer.... The last straw was when I noticed I was not even given my 2 drinks.... I was so upset I left without my drinks....I called and was told yeah we our drive thru person is really bad..... Hmmmm yeah so lets keep her on the payroll because that just seems to make sense some how.....

I eat here on my lunch break fairly frequently, and the reviews are mostly right about how slow they are. I will say the staff are friendly, but they are as slow as can be. There was a new kid who worked there who took my order and walked away from the register while my card was processing. The drawer popped open and nobody was around. Lucky for them I was honest and alerted them to shut it, otherwise that wouldve been the easiest robbery for even the dumbest of criminals. The kid who was ringing up my order acted like it wasnt even a big deal... he (and the majority of the crew) wont make it too far in life... On another occasion I walked out the front door because I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me, there was even a girl right there behind the counter but she had her back turned to the register the whole 5 minutes I stood there. Surely the business owner doesnt know how their store is being run...

I order a burrito without sour cream of course they mess that up but stuff happens right? So I call, they right my name down, and I go back for another replacement "correct" burrito. Same thing I order no sourcream. They mess up again. This is half my fault because i shouldnt have assumed after telling her NO SOURCREAM it would be right. I call back and ask her if this is a joke my receipt, which was no charge, says no sourcream. Shaniqua or whatever her name was says the screen is messed up. This is why I believe these wonderful, hard working, competent people deserve a raise.

Was asked to pull up and wait for my order to be taken to me, waited 30 minutes just to have my order given to another customer. The customer who had mistakenly grabbed my order had returned to the the counter to return the food. The gentleman behind the counter tried to give me the mans order thinking it was mine. Even though the man had already left the establishment. Ended up spending another 15 minutes for another order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I end up with a negative experience. Never again will I come here.

Girl quit in front of customers, manager came out talking trash about the girl that quit. It took 20 plus minutes to get my order because I order taco bell, while KFC customers got theirs out quickly. It took the lady 7 minutes to take my order (I was the only person in line). I wont come back to this location again. It needs to be shut down and torn down because a patron told me, "this happens all the time here". Ridiculous! I hope these folks arent protesting 15 an hour cause they arent worth minimum wage! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The biggest problem with this location is it is understaffed. That creates all the issues you can expect from this. Also (a nit pick) they never open on time it is usually 15 to 30 mins after they are supposed to open. The staff are good people and work hard, the food is good, and when they screw up an order they go above and beyond to make it right. I would give it a 2 or 1 if not for the wonderful staff they do have.

Only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because of friendly the staff is. But this by far the slowest place ever to get something to eat. They do not know how to manage the work they have to make there service better. Not to mention every time I go there they alway and I mean always mess up my order. I ordered the new steakhouse burrito and got something totally different. By far the worst Tacobell KFC I have ever been to

I have never waited so long for such mediocre fast food. I waited 20 min in the drive through even though there were only 4 cars in front of me. The staff was so slow. And the drive through exit floods (it was barely even raining today) so I was afraid my car was going to get flooded when leaving. And then she forgot my mild sauce I asked for to top it off. Never coming back here again.

I moved up 1 car in 15 minutes. Guess ill call corporate while i wait in line. Edit: i made it to the window. They seem to have difficulty operating a credit card machine and putting ice and liquid in a cup. Order taker cant have any background noise while speaking or your order will be incorrect. Absoloute worst drive thru fastfood place Ive ever sat in line at.

Service sucks. They see people standing waiting to order and they never acknowledge us. 15 workers assembling a taco and no one can get the customers at the front? And they skip the customer that had been standing there for 5 minutes to help a customer that just walked thru the doors. Some ppl.

Awful every single time I have attempted to visit this location. I find it EXTREMELY disgraceful that a company like Taco Bell wouldnt step in and force change in such a disgraceful establishment that is supposed to represent their brand.... I guess they just dont care?
