Te hacen esperar, aún cuando tienen mesas disponibles! Toman demasiado tiempo en servir tu comida. Después de las 10 pm no te dan "refill" en el te frío ni en café. No puedes pedir un vaso con agua gratis, en cambio la Botella de agua cuesta$ 3.50!!!! Platillo con filete de pescado, horrible! parece que estas comiendo silicon. En cambio las bebidas preparadas son buenas aunque caras.El Suchi es sabroso y fresco. Buena música viernes y sábado No puedes vestirte sin manga(Hombres), ni usar gorra de base ball con la visera colocada de lado o hacia atrás!!!

It was my friends birthday I rented a limo to take her to El Pacifico to celebrate her birthday on your website it says its open from 11:30am to 11pm on Thursday we got there at 8:45pm I wanted to order the parillada for 4 people and the lady said the one for 2 should be enough for us it was five of us so we order the one for two (since its what server suggested) and 2 sushi rolls. We started ordering drinks we wanted to get several rounds we finished our first drink we were trying to get the waitress attention and she never came back; When the food came out we realize it was not going to be enough this was at 9:30pm when we call the waitress to order more food she said o the kitchen its all ready close when I mentioned your hours say 11pm for closing time she said thats incorrect I tried to order more drinks and she said the bar was close as well. then they started putting all the chairs up around us. we felt rushed so we just asked for the check and left. It was the worst dinner experience I ever had. If you close at 10 you need to make the change online so the costumers can planned accordingly.

The good: The restaurants atmosphere is really nice. They have tvs, a bar, good selection of music, and great seating. The waitresses are nice most of the time and the service is good. The bad: The food was very bland. Most of the plates were confusing. An example would be the "eggrolls" I ordered. I took a bite and noticed the filling was nothing but shredded chicken. On top, it was garnished with lettuce, Pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Never in my life did had I ate something similar, and the price for TWO eggrolls was $5 something. I then ordered the beef burrito which was also a confusing plate. It was tiny flour tortilla with very small amount of beef and tons of lettuce. What was even more baffling to me was the fact that they served my burrito with CHINESE fried rice. The dish was $8 something and wasnt even filling. I did not enjoy the food here at all. Im not one to worry about food prices, but I do hate paying for pricey good that isnt even delicous. It seems that El Pacifico tries really hard to make their dishes look fancy but in reality, it falls very short.

My co-workers invited me to this place after work. We ordered a large plate of fried rice. We all dug in immediately after the plate was placed at the table. When, I was getting ready to dip into my second spoon, I saw the cock roach in between the rice. It was discussing, I wanted to throw up. We immediately called the waitress whom she called the Manager. The Manager apologize and said; (I apologize about this, even though we try to be as careful as possible, we cant help for this things to happen. He then told us, you dont have to pay for the plate, just the drinks and other stuff that you order. You cant say; (Never)but this is one place on my X-list. Even though, I told my co-workers not to go their, well one of them went there and she found a hair on her plate. This happen last year in 2015. I dont like writing stuff bad about places. I just thought people should know. My post could not go through without a star. But I give this place not even one.

El lugar es bonito, la música muy alta no se puede ni hablar, la comida no tiene buen sabor, mi experiencia fue horrible pedimos un caldo de mariscos y nos salió con limón un limón chupado adentro las tostadas de camarón eran pequeñas y olían feo, la mesera brillo por su ausencia teníamos que estar llamándola cada rato, la verdad no comimos nada fue fea la visita

Los peores ostiones que é probado en toda mi vida. los regrese y aun así me los cobraron. También me dijeron que de esa manera es como se encuentran en cualquier lugar de Houston. Y eso no es verdad. Prefiero pagar más por algo bueno que comer ostiones muertas y refrigeradas de meses atras.

We got there before 10pm, and we ordered bottled waters after 10, so they wanted to charge us $3.50 per water bottle. We complained to the manager that we were there before 10, and we had no idea, the manager was rude and didnt want resolve any problems, we told him Id thats the case we would take our business elsewhere, and he said "okay, sure!" Without a worry. So he rather lose a bill of 12 people than to lose a couple bucks on water.

The customer service was horrible here even though the place was practically empty. The food was pricey. The flavor was okay. Nothing really went below $9. So prepare to spend. Drinks are also an added charge. There were a bunch of TVs and projector screens around the walls. So you can watch TV from pretty much wherever you sit. There is a stage off to one side. They also have little aquariums inside.

Had a terrible experience this evening! Saw a roach crawling under my plate while I was eating. I will definitely NOT be going back to this place ever again!!!! By the way, I will make sure that everyone I know will know about my experience. Service is not good at all. The waitress I told about the roach just grabbed it with a napkin and walked away without saying a word. Must be an everyday thing... EWW!!

This use to be my favorite restaurant but Saturday when I went they were really rude they said that my husband couldnt enter with a muscle shirt and his cap had to be looking forward I was really unhappy because now they want to tell me how we need to dress to eat there I was really offend it Im never going back!!!!

Customer service is a lack they first attend you. However, they tend to forget about their clients. Food comes with a well according time but as their rice is some kind of mushy you can say. This is a big one now when it comes to prices, plates and other items are expensive plates come nearly an overall estimated of $15. Food is its okay.
