Flies all over the place. Horrible service. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes wanting to order with everyone just walking by and looking at us. Workers were disorganized and would clear out register on each other resulting in us receiving incorrect change. Blizzard machine didnt look like it had been cleaned all day and we were there close to 4 pm. Never saw anyone wash there hand even though they messed with trash. Then they didnt complete our order and I went back to stand at counter to ask for it and instead of seeing what I needed they decided to ignore me and go on to the next person in line. Once finished with that person the lady walked away and I had to call after her for assistance. Manager of the place did not seem to be too worried about the disorganization of the place and hurried out in the middle of our horrible visit so did not get to speak to him. This will not be a place we will be returning too.

Not the most friendly place. I ordered a triple buster with bacon (just the burger), no bread or tomato (Im low carb). When I got the burger it didnt have cheese, so I went back to the counter and asked for cheese. The immediate response was "did you pay for cheese?" I politely reminded the lady that it was a triple and it comes with cheese. She responded that I was right and took it to the cook, who slapped three cold slices of cheese on top and handed it back to me, then asked if I wanted it melted. At that point I was afraid to let them have it back for fear of what might be done to it so I just took it cold cheese. Not a terrible experience, but definitely below average. We used to stop at this DQ all the time on our travels but have now given up as the last 4-5 times have not been pleasant.

There was a banana split special going on and they were out of bananas. The manager asked us if we wanted to wait for him to run to the store and get some. Of course, we said no and ordered something else. There were 5 people standing around behind the counter, 2 groups of customers in an otherwise empty dining room and the place was a mess. Someone swept under a table and then went behind the counter. I could understand if they were busy, but that was not the case. The manager was checking his cell phone, the other employees were making themselves drinks and doing things that probably could have waited til the dining room was clean. Gross. Wont be back.

November 14, 2016 12:45a PM. No one taking orders at the drive up. Honked my horn 4 times before I drove up to the window. Honked at the window 3 times before a hispanic girl came to the window. She would not give me the owners name to call or a number to call. She also never took my order. A nice hispanic guy came and took my order. By then there was 3 cars behind me. I like the good at DQ otherwise I would never come here again. They need to retrain thier staff. Especially when someone wants the owners name and number, not shut the window on them and walk away. I will probably not come back to the particular establishment

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Flies all over everything, the girl in the back who was supposed to be cooking food had long hair, no hair net or hat on, texting on her phone without gloves on or anything. Guy helping the drive through window never even greeted us, and the girl who I assume was supposed to be working the inside cash register was in the bathroom with toilet paper all over the floor and was just texting on her phone in a stall. Disgusting, terrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Disappointed. Will not be going back. No thanks!

My children and I pulled up to the drive-thru menu at exactly 10pm (not realizing it was closing time). We were told to pull up to the window when we were ready to order, then seconds after that, we were told, "Sorry, maam, were closed". As we were about to leave, a man, Im thinking it was the manager, put his arm out the window and motioned for us to pull up. We did, and he said, "Were open, maam, what would you like? Were open just for you." Awesome! We ordered 2 Blizzards and a large Coke, and yes, my kids turned the Blizzards upside-down :) I only rated them 4-stars because Ive never been inside.

After walking in to this little disaster of a restaurant and ordering my food, I quickly realized that the dining area was covered with a swarm of flies, many of which were dead and covered the tables and window sills of the building. I decided to leave before I even received my food because I couldnt take the constant battery of insects coming at me from every direction. It felt like the Amazon Jungle; the urinals at a Loves Truck Stop felt cleaner and better maintained than this piece of crap. Dont eat here unless you want to contract some sort of incurable disease.

we recently went to DQ . as soon as we got there the workers were acting ghetto. even the assistant manager was acting rude. I think her name was Marcella . She was trying to cause problems . youd think someone who was an asisitant manager would present themselves more professional ! they accused us of dirtying the tables but they were all dirty when we got there! Even the bathroom was gross!!! Ugh. cant even enjoy some chicken strips . Made me lose my appetite ! Next time this happens Ill call the corporate office . If anyone wants to contact me feel free too .

We arrived at 9:48PM on Sunday. I know everyone hates the poeple that show up before closing. We had been traveling all day and just wanted a blizzard.The lights on and 2 cars in the parking lot. No one in sight. Chairs had already put on the tables. We pulled through drive through and waited. No one ever showed up. I called on Monday and asked the hours. The young lady on the phone told me that closing was 11pm. I dont know if it was actually 10pm, but either way, not good. I wonder if the owner knows they close up and hide in the back if someone shows up.

Stopped for treats and restroom for kiddos going to Dallas. Restroom dirty, towels overflowing trash. No soap. 2 employees cleaning grill, 1 at drive through. 1 customer in front of us inside. 1 car at drive through. Waited over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged at cash register. Customer in front of us left. Reported she had been there 5 minutes before us. We left without ordering. Insane. Dirty and ridiculously poor customer service. Sunday at 4 pm.

We decided to stop here since we havent been to DQ in a good min. Ordered our food and sat down to wait. Didnt notice our food was out since I had my back to the counter but it was brought to our table after making some blizzards for some customers who came in after me. Had to add salt and pepper to my burger since there was a little flavor missing. The place was clean and the Tea was tasty. Tacos are way better than the burger.
