I want this to be better. Ive heard very good things, but the service is below average and the food is average. The beer is great! First time coming here and our server didnt know the beer menu. She brought us the wrong samples. We thought we were ordering one thing and were brought another, but she thought she brought what we asked for when we asked for clarification. That was incredibly disappointing. Ordered a red and were brought a cider. Ordered a porter and were brought an IPA. The french fries are great, the patio & patio bar are awesome - wish it was bigger. The service *can* be good here but it is way too hit or miss. I havent tried the burgers or wings yet, but those are next up! Hopefully they get better servers.

Went there for the first time tonight coming from Amarillo and got a call that my father in law was in need of medical attention at UMC so i left with my cousin to check on him. I came back and my truck was towed. There was no sign no warning and now i have to go get my truck anf pay $291 to get it out in the morning. I will never come back and hope this will warn people to never trust them. We left at 11:45 and came back at 1:15 and they close at 1w. Like i said no warnings!!!

I had a cheeseburger with bacon and an egg on it. It was delicious, cooked just as I ordered it. Several of us commented that we hadnt seen fries cooked in the style that this place does them. They were also very tasty. Service was excellent. Music was too loud; couldnt hear what others in our party were saying half the time. It was cold. I had on a long sleeve and a coat, and I had to keep the coat on the whole time. Great experience overall.

Wait staff is not very attentive. 3 in our party of 8 had to ask for refills. They charge .75 cents for little ranch cups. One little cup comes with the fried pickles which are WAY over battered for the little sliver of pickle in it. Plus had to wait nearly an hour for our food and there were only 6 tables. I would hate to see how slow this places run when its a full of tech fans. YIKES.

It took about an hour from the time we ordered till the time we got our food at lunch time. I had a burger that was suppose to be medium, but came out well done. I will say the bread and beer cheese appetizer was very good. Our waitress was friendly, but she was very chatty with other tables that she barely got anything done and didnt check on our food or check in very often.

Food was underwhelming. We ordered 3 meatloaf burgers and a mushroom swiss burger, we were given 4 meatloaf burgers. The fries that came with the burgers were few in number compared to the plate they arrived on. Bierocks were bland, very little flavor. They did not charge us for the burger that was wrong, made it for us to go. All in all, not very impressed.

What can I say, an amazing place! Its rare these days that you find a place with excellent food, five star service, all at reasonable prices! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for this level of quality! Thanks Twisted Spigot for a great dining experience! We will definitely be back!

The meat in the burger sliders, the chicken quesadilla, and the chicken Greek pita were burnt and flavorless. The tortilla on the quesadilla tasted like dirt and was burnt to a crisp. The only redeeming value was the green chile cheese fries, and the service.

The waitress we had was really good and the atmosphere was nice. There was live music and clean bathrooms. I had the blt and it was the best Ive had in Lubbock. My husband had wings, which are half off on Wednesday, and he liked them. Well be going back.

The only thing good was the appetizers, drinks and the onion rings. Everything else was awful. The sliders were so dry. The meat on everything was BURNT. The service was great but the food was ineatable.

Great staff, great beer selection from Florida to Boston., and amazingly great food. Dont be afraid of the PB&J wings or the Elvis burger or you will be missing something special.
