Food was great but the service was seriously lacking. I was extremely disappointed! We made reservations for Valentines evening. Walking in, we werent even asked if we had a reservation we were just told "youre going to be put on the waiting list." Once we were able to share that we did in fact have a reservation they seated us at the far end of the restaurant next to a large family with small children, away from the main section of seating that looked quite wonderful! I think we waited close to 20 minutes before anyone approached us about ordering some wine. Once our food arrived our waiter forgot about us. We even joked with each other about it as we saw him serving and being diligent with all of the other tables around us but it was as if we were invisible. Long after we finished dessert he came and asked us if we wanted to stay around for awhile or if wed like the check. We asked for the check.. It was close to 30 minutes later when he came in to check on us...we just politely asked for the check again and he brought it quickly. We didnt want to be rude. The restaurant was not that busy or full so it was a little strange to us. I checked for an e-mail address to contact about our experience as I didnt want to leave a public message like this. But, there are no posted contact e-mails on the website. It just wasnt the setting for a Valentines Day date.

This place was great. The only reason why four stars is because I couldnt do 4 1/2 and its not in Austin TX where I live. The place is simple and quick Italian food, which might make you worry but it was so flavorful. When we walked in the waiter told us to choose a seat and he would bring us menus, this was nice because you get to hopefully avoid sitting next to the annoying table. We got our menus quickly and the waiter started us off with water and a bottle for refills. Why dont all restaurants do this? Our appetizer was a sort of fried ravioli made with wonton skins. So much flavor. I got the Emilia sandwich, which was so good. The bread was some sort of flat bread and I loved the fact that they didnt slather it in the Alfredo sauce. The side salad was simple and seasoned with Italian seasoning and so good that I didnt feel the need for dressing. The lasagna was also good. We also tried the cannoli bites which once again no complaints. Very crispy cookie and a subtle sweet cream. I really wish we werent leaving or they were located in Austin because we would definitely try it again.

Went here to celebrate my sisters birthday. Knowing it was a large group, she called a week in advance to let them know we were coming and to make reservations. The experience once we were there was soooo disappointing. It took an outrageous amount of time to get our food. Our food came out in three different intervals that were uncomfortably spaced out. Our two small childrens food came out last. The portion sizes and flavors, considering the price, were a joke. I paid $12 for what would be a side salad at any other resultant. Which Id happily pay if it were an amazing salad but this wasnt even a decent salad. To make it even worse, there was clearly an issue with our experience and the manager offered no discount or meaningful apology. You honestly could not pay me to come back here. After three hours, our entire group left hungry and really thrown off by how horrible our night went.

We ate here once and they messed up my order and my husbands was a grease pool. I called and spoke to the manager who apologized and told us she couldnt refund us because they closed out our ticket. She said she would give us a credit for our diners though. We called tonight to give them another chance. The guy I spoke to had a "couldnt care less" attitude. When we finally got it figured out and I was ready to order the guy was having "phone issues" and the girl in the background was laughing until I was hung up on. When I called back, he again couldnt have cared less. I told him they werent really earning our business back he responded "oh sorry I was having problems with the phone. " and nothing else, not, so sorry what can we get for you? Or anything, just sat silently. Overall very rude and we decided not to order from rude employees who dont care about their customers.

We stopped in as we were looking for Italian food. There we not a lot of people in the restaurant as it was after lunch and before dinner. Service was great! Better yet was the food. I cant remember having such delicious Italian food! I had the lasagna, they name it something else but it is absolutely delicious! My husband has the spaghetti; Also, very good. We also had the marinated mushrooms and bread-before our main entry. I just cant express how good- wonderful taste-flavors. Italian food is my favorite and this place is excellent!!!

I was taking my wife on a date (to a movie), and stopped in for a quick bite. I cant tell you how great it was. The food was wonderful, the server was pleasant and attentive (but not too attentive if you know what I mean). Even though it was hopping busy, we were able to enjoy our food & drink, make it to the movie on time without a rush, and I have nothing but praise. I look forward to the next time I get to stop in for lunch or dinner. Thanks - you made me look good for suggesting you for dinner.

Great food. However, each time I have been there, some of the cooks do not have or change gloves when they are suppose to. Also, I caught one of the servers picking up something off the floor and not bothering wash their hands. They just went ahead to handle meals that were up for service (This happened during dinner service). Proper satiation needs to happen especially being a open kitchen for people to see. This place has so much potential I really dont want it to fail.

We got carry out from Salati tonight and I am so impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes we ordered. The Chicken Milano was delicious, the parmesan curly fries were like nothing Ive ever had, and I am sure these canoli bites staring me down across the room will leave nothing to be desired. Unfortunately I have stuffed myself and am patiently waiting before trying our dessert. To top it all off, the price was perfect. Cant wait to visit and eat in-house!

Very nice place and atmosphere. Was greeted at the door and was asked if we wanted to sit at the high tables or low. Was well taken care of by Sean. Good service good food nice portion size. Sean had excellent customer service skills, good sense of humor, was quick on getting us what we needed. We were on a time crunch so that my friends could get to the airport he got us in and out. Thanks Sean!

Just had the worst experience there and left after 30 minutes without being able to even order food. The manager was rude, the wait staff abhorrent, and, while we waited patiently, several staff members were standing within ten feet of us, doing nothing, just standing there. One on her phone, texting. Dont even bother going there. It wont be around long enough to be memorable.
