I have to say that this place is the worse TGIFriday I have ever been to. For a restaurant to not have many people in it. We waited 20 minutes before we were seated. Once we were seated. The waitress was very nice. But the fact that we had to wait 10 minutes for her to take our drink order. Once she came and took our order. One of daughters was the only one who got her drink first. The rest of us had to wait another 10 minutes for our drinks. My oldest daughter had to wait 15 minutes for her (supposedly) frozen mango peach lemonade slushy. What she got was a mango peach lemonade drink with ice cubes. The other couple that was with use. His drink was not done right. He asked for a strawberry daiquiri. But it was did not taste like one. When the food came out. Everyone got their food except my oldest daughter. When she had to wait a little while longer. She started to cry and didnt want to eat. So she to have it boxed up. But when she opened the box to look at her food. It did not look what its supposed to. For my family to come from out of town to visit friends, and for them to take my family out to dinner. This is the service we get. I understand that it was Christmas night and nobody wanted to work. But that does not mean that you have give really bad service.

Server was great. Kitchen staff... Not so much. I overheard several tables around me that called for a manager or complained about their food and/or wait times for their food. Everyone at my table received their food except me. By the time it came, it was prepared incorrectly, and I had lost my appetite munching off of my tables surrounding plates. Nice crowd; however not jam packed. The bar also had some issues with mislabeling the liquor and we did not receive our drinks for at least 20 mins. Again- great server with hilarious personality, everything else...meh...I may try again on another day. But Fridays has to keep in my that they are now kinda like a traditional restaurant. Meaning you go bc youve gone for years and many moons ago that was THEE place to go lol. You go bc you have memories and the comfort of knowing what youre going to get year after year is surprisingly SATISFYING! So when people visit and are constantly having experiences that take away from that TGI Friday tradition..why even bother when there so many other restaurants around. I mean you RARELY meet a 1st timw TGI Friday guest..and thats a good thing. (Sat. Nite. expy btw).. Just my two cents :)

It was terrible this time , we went on valentines night and it was packed but still wonderful, but this time the food was served to my boyfriend cold and my food was just disgusting as a whole including the lemonade..... LEMONADE yall..... now we went at 2:30 on a Tuesday and services should be great right?.....WRONG! two different tables showed up after us and were served their food before us, explains why the food was cold and nasty, our waiter was too worried about the WHILE old guy who came in after us talking about he was in a hurry..... my thoughts are take your butt to a McDonalds then... but no he treated this guy like he was the owner.... then we waited for him to talk to ppl at the bar while were waiting onbyhr check...... now mind you its my birthday and Im very disappointed and so is my boyfriend, he hates it if I dont enjoy myself when we go out... ESPECIALLY on my birthday!!! Well were never going back ever.... we could have cooked at the house for 40.00.... TERRIBLE!!! Add on : And of course this is the same location that did the black veteran wrong that day hmmm

We used to come to this place every other night. The service was great until a few months ago. Gabrielle was the night manager then. . . .Now that hes not the regular manager and even the two managers before him, the service has gone to the dogs, and thats an understatement. We came tonight, waited 12 minutes for someone to serve us, I motioned to the bartender and our waiteress was behind the bar. He notioned to her and instead of coming over to our table, she asks us what we want from the bar. . . she eventually came over and apologized, and blamed her incompetence on a birthday party that she was handling. I dont blame her fully. . . The management there sucks now, royally. Upper management cares NOTHING about their customers now. This is why the service is bad. They need an entire new management crew that cares about quality and customer service. Right now, management allows their employees to run around and do whatever they want. We will not be coming back to this location for awhile.

My husband and I have been here before with no issues. Unfortunately tonight was not the case. I ordered a medium sirloin, and my husband ordered a medium rare ribeye. Our server was very polite and professional (Ashley)but the cook is severely leaking. My steak came out medium rare, and the other medium. I dealt with mine, although it was tough and had no real flavor. (I was hungry) my husband on the other hand asked for his to be remade. This resulted in the cook making the outside look correct, but thoroughly raw inside. Starting to get flustered, it was sent back again. The third time it came out. My husband turned the steak over and saw it was the same steak from the previous cut down the middle. So he cut a new line down the middle. It looked great. Until he cut close to the edge. Which showed medium well. Meaning, instead of cooking correctly. The cook put the steak in the microwave...... Overall. Service was fine, but the food is severely lacking tonight. 11/21/16

This was the worse experience I have ever had. I have been to this place before with ok food and ok service. This time we got horrible both. Today was my wifes birthday and we took about 15 people to celebrate. This was an absolute train wreck. It took an hour and half to get our microwave food. We got several entrées that were still cold but the plates and bowls were hot. Wife got ribs and it was ALL bones. I ordered a steak and was asked how I wanted it. I stated medium rare. The steak was burned and my mac and cheese was still cold. Not to mention the check for everyone was about $300. I wish I could give this place a lower score because it earned it. I have a real problem paying $300 for microwave food that I can get at Wal-Mart for about $30 . I intend to be a very big thorn in the side of this nasty excuse for a restraunt. Poor management, bad food and even worse service = horrible experience. Stay away thats my advice.

First time coming to TGI Fridays and was honestly the worst experience ever, it began with reserving for a table, we had set it up for 12 and had gotten there a little bit before the time but had to wait for 10 mins for them to get us a seat while they sat other people that came AFTER us, then there was the food, we had ordered our food bout 20 mins before the "last call " bell/ring and after that our waitress comes over to tell us theyre closing the grill at 12:50 and to only receive half of what Ive ordered, and to wait for them say theyll cook the rest of our food but to only get two of the other of three friends I brought and wait till we left to receive my friends meal, they were gonna charge us $60+ But had to complain TWICE to get it discounted, btw food wasnt the greatest.
