So just called about my eletric bill being over a hundred dollars more than any bill i have ever recieved and my usage showing double than what i normally use and i was told it must be because my ac is running. Here is the kicker this was after i told the employee that i have been away for most of the month and everything in my apartment is unplugged except my ac and fish tank. Lets think about this for a minute, would i normally shut my ac off if i am at home? No okay so ac use is obviously not the reason why my electric bill is double than it has ever been in a year and a half. Then after i broke down my normal use and explained to him why this month electric should be less then normal, i asked him to send somebody out to check the meter. I was never rude and maybe a little condescending after being told its my ac for the third time, he finally told me he would send somebody out, but oh my god was it in the rudest voice ive ever heard and then promptly ended the conversation without letting me know how i could verify that anyone will even come out. Seriously managment is lacking throughout this terrible company.

They are thieves they are charging me over $500.00 dollars for water bill thy say I used over 80,000 gallons of water last month . That amount is like 8 10,000 gallon swimming pools . I was told I must of had a leak inside if thats the case my house would be damaged beyond repair. Then I was told someone must have left a hose open the property would have been a swamp for a long time. I have been checking my bills and there are a lot of inconsistencies on electric and water on all my bills.

if there was a no star option i would give it ZERO. worst service ever been on the phone for about an hour now and they still cant help me. my bill keeps going higher ans highr every month. its adamn shame we cant get another provider....

bunch of thieves! my bill is 725 dollars, thats 25 dollars more than my mortgage payment wtf!!?? last month it was 620. Its too bad we dont get a choice on electric providers in this area.
