Ordered my food and was told it would be ready in 25-30 min. I showed up 30 min after to pick up my pizza and they pulled up my order. I paid and after being charged for my pizza they said they couldnt find it and I was probably at the wrong location. (I wasnt) They said it would then have to wait another 7 minutes and ended up waiting more than 10 before I had to ask about my food. They showed no sense of urgency to make sure they got my food in a timely manner. First and last time visiting this establishment.

Im fine with the serve yourself model, but being from out of town we didnt know much about the local brewery offerings. The bar tender didnt either I guess because she told us "theyre all good" & floundered when asked to discribe some or ask us what we were looking for. We sat in a spot that was evidently being reserved for a group (no signs indicating this) & when informed by staff that "as long as we were gone by 7:00, we should be fine". Who puts it like that to paying customers? Pizza was good.

Order taker, Josh is some thing else! I told him weve been waiting for an hour he didnt seem to care! I talked to another waiting Customer he said to call in first? What a joke. Son in law did call in and got his order at the same time, oh Josh was more than happy to refund my money after our hour wait. I see some other come in and got their quick....

Had to order an second pizza because it hear me the first time and had to with 20 minutes with no one in the restaurant bad services for this young works, pizzas average. Sad too see I usually like the place. Need to step it up to beat the new pizzas place come to town.

This place is fantastic and their beer is on point also. The staff at this establishment are fantastic. I cant wait to go back! PRO TIP You can order ANY kind of pizza you imagine as long as they have the items in the kitchen they will make it happen.

Absolutely love this place. The Jack wings are awesome. Love that they operate with a spirit of trust with their customers (bottled beers are self serve, and you close out when youre finished). Theyve created a great friends and family atmosphere.
