One of my absolute favorite sandwich places! A friend commented that he wished he knew about it when his elderly father wanted to go only to Schlotskys. This place has much healthier choices. The "mark up your paper bag" orders are well itemized and very fun to use. I love not only "skinny=ing my Which" but have a lettuce wrap sandwich instead of any bread at all (great for GF people). Join their email club and get occasional treats!

On the positive side, the hot cookies are really good. It would be nice if they came out a few minutes after the sandwich instead of at the same time. I find the sandwiches at Subway, Quiznos, and here to be roughly equal. The cost of a turkey sandwich meal is $9 here and $6 at Subway for a very similar amount of food.

I like the subs but they are always out of ice cream for milk shakes. It has happened 4 different times over 4 weeks. I suggested to the staff to increase the order of ice cream. Ironically this location is right next to Walmart. They could easily buy some tubs of ice cream there. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I love the different variety of sandwiches here and I am always intrigued by the featured sandwich and have been pleasantly surprised with the Shrimp Po Boy sandwich, as well as, the Bahn Mi sandwich YUMMY!! I find coupons to this place all the time too, making it my "go-to" sandwich spot as of late!

I love that you can customize your sandwiches at which wich. For lighter options you can ask for "skinny" style. Its a great place to bring your kids as they can color on the bag after finishing their meal! And the staff off anderson lane were so friendly!

For a customers FIRST time in this place, employees did a TERRIBLE job explaining to me how the process works! It was so confusing to place an order & then the other employee looks at you stupid for asking questions! I will NOT return. Schlotzkys it IS!
