The ambience is a definite five stars--plenty of electrical outlets here as well as lots of natural lighting. The baristas are friendly, but Ive noticed on more than one occasion that miscommunication seemed to be an issue here. One time, I had made an order and waited 8-10 minutes (the person who had made an order before already received hers 5 minutes prior). I went up and asked about my order and the barista realized the person taking orders never gave her the slip for my order. In the end, the situation was rectified but this mistake was something worth noting especially since it was not busy that time of day. On another visit, I had asked for an iced coffee (specifically requested a drip coffee with ice--I know, Im weird), I noticed the charge not equaling what was on the menu. I had then asked the lady taking the order and she said she was going to charge me for a cold brew. Looking back at this situation, it would have been nice if she said this upfront rather than me having to ask. In the end, Apanas, once known as Two Hands, is far from perfect. However, with these flaws, Ill still be returning for the nice atmosphere and decent coffee.

I love the laid back atmosphere of this place! I came in right around opening and the guy at the counter was incredibly helpful as well as patient with me in my barely coherent state first thing in the morning. I love the seating, I was able to find a nice quiet corner to get some work done. The free wifi was great, my connection was fast despite the coffee shop filling up over the course of the morning. They also have a great outdoors area and a fun trendy atmosphere. My pour over coffee and vegetarian breakfast taco were just what I needed to start functioning!

Extremely overpriced for the quality of coffee! Go to like Epoch or Mozarts or Monkeys Nest instead. The location is also very small and cannot accommodate a large crowd. Had a coworker say he paid more here for coffee than in Portland and the coffee he had in Portland was much better.... soooooo that says something. The Black coffee I had tasted like Folgers to me, yeah lemme pay 3+ for Folgers quality coffee. Legit had better coffee at the Jiffy Lube on Spice Wood Springs road near Taco Shack.

Cant say that I love most of Rock Rose, but Apanas is a breath of fresh air. Excellent coffee and excellent beer. What else do you need in life? They also have yummmmy sandwiches from Fricanos and baked goods from Quacks. Mmmmm. Yummy. Geeks Who Drink trivia on Wed night and great happy hour specials each week night (on food, draft beer, and wine). Staff is really friendly and helpful. They also use Five Star, so if you come now and again, you can accrue awards for free drinks.

One of the very few options up north for great coffee with modern roasts and brew methods. This is a nice place for a pour-overs or lattes. For some reason, their iced lattes are especially good. Coffee is pretty good. Not quite on the level of houndstooth or Medici, but they hold their own. Usually pretty busy with lots of lap-toppers, but Ive always enjoyed it even when I occasionally bring my adventurous 2yr old son. Theyve got beer on tap too.

This laid back coffee spot is a great place to meet my clients, have a game night, or get some work done with a FABULOUS latte at my side! I discovered this place a couple of months ago when a friend invited me to meet her there and since then, I have been a patron at LEAST 2-3x per month. I like this spot even better than the Starbucks that are all around me!

I like their coffee and I plan to go back because it is convenient and located in Rock Rose, where we can get some good walking in, but I do believe they can improve on their choices of drinks. I would like to see at least 2-3 more creative drinks when it comes to their coffee. I feel like their choices are rather boiler plate.

Great coffee, I just wish it was easier to access. Located in the Rock Rose section of the Domain, parking can be a real pain. Be ready to walk. Lots of room to sit inside, & a small patio great for people watching. Staff is always friendly and fun. I try to make a point to grab coffee here if Im in the area.

I tried to give this place a couple of chances but this coffee is just bad. Its expensive which is fine, but I cant get over the terrible flavor. I live around the block and wish I had a decent alternative to starbucks but this coffee is actually awful. Its the only genuinely bad cup of coffee Ive ever had.

I go here occasionally when Im on this side of the domain. They have great seating options and the employees are always super nice. There is a small cabinet with some pastry selections. They have great coffee options as well. Its a very laid back atmosphere compared to the other coffee shops in the domain.

A great quality coffee shop! Although I do think their espresso has a bit of a bitter/tart taste they make up for it with the best cold brew ever and amazing Quacks and pastries. A perfect place to study with lots of outlets and the baristas are friendly.

This place is my new living room. Amazing coffee, great beers on draft, even fresh juices. The staff is super friendly and the room somehow feels spacious and cozy at the same time. Just a perfect blend of everything you could want in a coffee shop.

This coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is so open and relaxed. The pour over options have never disappointed and a refill is incredibly reasonably priced. I highly recommend Two Hands as a place to spend a Saturday afternoon!

Hands down the best coffee I have ever enjoyed. Purest in form the quality is superb. The downside is they serve smaller sizes (nothing bigger than 12 oz), so when ordering inquire by the size because some go as small as 4 oz.

Coffee from small estates with great farmers in northern Nicaragua, owner has a close and trusting relationship with them, and gets some of the top rated coffee in the world. Incredible vibe in the shop, my new living room.

Nice relaxed setting. Good selection of coffee drinks and plenty of things to snack/nibble on. Seating can be limited when its busy but otherwise its a good place to grab a drink and get off your feet for a bit.

a fantastic coffee spot located in the Domain... lovely outside patio area... great for people watching and taking in the sunshine. Plenty of close seating indoors... more of a study environment indoors.

Very cute and quaint environment. Good location, Im the newer part of the domain. We didnt try any alcoholic drinks, but the coffee and green juices were delicious. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

Geeks Who Drink trivia Wednesday nights at 7. Its normally pretty crowded but a great atmosphere and a dedicated, lively quiz master. The drinks are always well made and a decent selection of bar food.

Great atmosphere and location in the Domain, coffee is pretty good. Also had a breakfast taco that was delicious but could have been warmer. Looks like the patio is dog friendly, and theres free WiFi.

Coffees acceptable. Seating is plenty. Clientele is loud AF and the acoustics only reverberate the noise. Not a good place to study or have any sort of quiet conversation. Decent & friendly service.
