Me and my family love pluckers, we come here probably every weekend. We understand that coming on a Saturday is busy and we had a little late time on our food. First all the fries came out, then some of the entries that werent wings, and finally the wings! We didnt really eat together and frequently made jokes that "it must be nice" for those that did have their food. We werent going to say anything but the manager Clayton came over to the table as soon as he heard. He was generous enough to help take off some on our bill and offered anything else he could do, very understanding. And I noticed him so the same tonight with every table that had problems! Clayton is a great manager and I definitely recommend not only the food but the service at this pluckers to anyone who asks !

Arrived at this Pluckers location at 9:30pm, asked about wait time and was told 20 min. We were seated at 9:55. Our waiter shortly came asked us what we wanted to drink; as we got ready to order we were told we could no longer order an alcoholic beverage because they were closing at 10. These hours were stated NO WHERE (everything said 1am) and if it was the case we shouldve been told that when we first arrived. We said okay and the waiter left. Came back a few minutes later as we were ready to order our food and then told they would be collecting all the plates even if we werent done eating at 10:15. I could not believe what I was hearing. We decided to leave but I am truly upset about the time wasted, lack of communication and I believe poor customer service.

Let me just start with the service. The service was very atrocious. They all were teenaged people who seemed to not be working their proper jobs. With how slow the work they were doing seemed, they must have been changing positions. These people had sat down for who knows how long. We got a table and were immediately kicked out. When we were allowed in, the line was more like a mob of people. The two women at the desk were talking to each other and not noticing the enormous line. When they did, they did nothing. We got to another table, where other people were kicked out, had to wait longer. And we finally got the food. The food was amazing, despite the service. But I will hate them based on their behaviour and quality. Especially since the chicken was burnt.

THIS PLACE USED TO BE AWESOME NOW NOT SO MUCH. IF YOU GO MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY DURING THE DAY THEN ITS OKAY. IF YOU GO DURING THE WEEKEND OR DURING A GAME EXPECT TO WAIT 35 MINUTES TO AN HOUR IF NOT LONGER FOR A TABLE THEN ANOTHER 35 FOR YOUR FOOD. WE WENT ON THURSDAY NIGHT (NOT A GAME DAY) WAITED 25 MINUTES FOR A TABLE AND WAITED ALMOST FOURTY MINUTES FOR FOOD. THERE WAS SOME LOUD GUY ON A MIC THE WHOLE TIME WHICH REALLY WASNT ENTERTAINING AND OUR AREA WAS SO CROWDED WITH PEOPLE WHO WERE PLAYING SOME SORT OF BEER PONG. THEY SHOULD FOCUS LESS ON GAMES AND MORE ON GETTING OUR FOOD READY.. BUT THE WINGS AND WAFFLE FRIES REALLY ARE DELICIOUS. SO ILL JUST GO IN THE AFTERNOONS IF IM CRAVING PLUCKERS.

Please do not go to this restaurant the waitress never came back with our State IDs that was on a Sunday because I work every day during the week I was not able to go during the week I called Wednesday and a host told me she still had our IDs went to pick it up Friday and the general manger had shredded them by then which is very stupid why not mail it to the DPS or address on the Card I called and got many different stories one is that they dont move the IDs until its been there months the General manager said the only keep them 24hrs before he shreds them which does not add up to when they shredded ours I will be reporting them

What else is there to say besides this place but abseloutely amazing? To start off, me and my girlfriend have gone 3 weekends in a row not regretting a single penny. Weve been going here for a little over a year now and to admit we do wait a good amount of time everytime we go but it is ALWAYS worth it! Wings are the absolute best I have ever had. Lemon pepper, spicy lemon pepper(favorite flavor), garlic parmesean, spicy garlic parmesean, Dr Pepper BBQ, Cajun. No matter what flavor I get I am NEVER dissapointed. Im glad to say I moved up to 15 jumbo wings this weekend lol but this puts Wing Stop in its place!!!

Horrible! First time going to pluckers so i was excited to see what the fuss was all about. We get seated next to the bar where theres a bunch of irate drunk fed ex employees presumably with the day off! Theyre yelling, cussing loudly, one even had a horse mask on. After asking to please be moved to another table, all was good except for the mediocre food that was placed in front of us. I couldve gotten better wings for much cheaper at wingstop. The environment wasnt very inviting either. Overall, it was a very dull experience that I spent over 40 dollars for. Save your money and spend it somewhere better.

Its my first time coming to Pluckers. Its a Friday night and Im with my kids. That was my mistake. Its crowded and even though I came at 1900, its still mostly an adult atmosphere. Not to say the place isnt kid-friendly, but mostly this is a wing bar, filled with people coming from work trying to have a good time or drink at the bar and watch the game. The wings were great. I suggest the boneless. Theres more meat... Pluckers knows this, and they charge accordingly. For myself and children to dine here without dessert came to $80 including a 19% tip. Overall, Id come again for the food, most definitely.

Worst service I have ever had here. Manager told us we had to hurry up and eat to be out of here before they close. If your open until 1 then your kitchen should not close until 1. You never tell a guest to hurry up. I came to enjoy a meal not get rushed by a manager who doesnt enjoy their job. This is coming from a restaurant manager. Please talk with your manager who worked Sunday night on 8/20. I honestly cant believe a restaurant manager would say that to guest as soon as they walk in the door. UNACCEPTABLE

First time at this location. I ordered the chicken sandwich with tater tots. I had the chicken dipped in spicy garlic parmesan. The sandwich was good and spicy, exactly the way I wanted it. Only thing I couldnt taste the garlic parmesan. My waiter was focused and got my order correct the first time. I went on a Sunday afternoon so of course it was packed. I was with a party of about 15 and it took about 45 mins to get a table. If presented with the opportunity to go again, I will.

My first time was an awesome experience. Eric, our server was perfect. Absolutely no complaints, he was personable and very good at his job. We came on bike night unknowingly so there was a dj and lots of loud engines- not a bad thing at all. Our wait was only about 5-10 minutes. The food was fantastic, music was great and I have to highly recommend the psychedelic frog drink- it was soooo good!!! Oh and the tvs in the mirrors in the bathroom, how cool!
