Dont go to this bar unless you want to risk a run in with the waitstaff and cops and dont think its just because the negative posts are from people who have been up to no good and deserved it. Ive been going here for about 2 months about twice a week trying the food and drinks and trying to get a feel for the place. I read the negative reviews, but thought Id give it a try just to be fair. Well everyone who is telling you this bar has bad food, bad service and bad reputation are telling you the truth. Im college educated, professional, no DWI, no traffic tickets, never been arrested, never started any fights or trouble so with that thinking Id say it would be hard to get in trouble here or anywhere else. Well Im wrong. The staff seems to have been trained to find people to give bad service to, overcharge them, and then toss them to the cops when you try to explain to them whats going on. The craziest thing is that you are just telling them they made a mistake and without warning its time for the cops to come in and take you outside for a sobriety test just because you pointed out the mistake on your bill. You think they are going to get a manager to straighten out the mistake and instead you find yourself outside visiting with a cop. If this sounds like your ideal situation then by all means give it a try. Im sure youll have better luck than I did which is exactly what I thought when I read all the negative reviews. Its mainly an all black club which gets going around 10 pm with a DJ who plays decent music. Its too bad you cant relax and enjoy yourself because if you go here enough youll find yourself visiting the cops if you complain about anything. I saw a guy get kicked out for taking a few pictures at the bar of the waitresses. There was no warning, just a bouncer who came up to him and said it was time to go because he took a couple of pictures. He deleted the photos then they told him to leave which he did, then when he went outside they charged him with leaving without paying. Then he got his mandatory visit with the police. White collar guy just like myself and he wasnt even the slightest bit drunk. There was no warning from the waitress, waiter, bartender or bouncer about the photos. He told them he was just testing his new phone to see how it did in low light conditions which I believe as he kept making adjustments to it. He showed them he didnt have any of their pictures nor any of any other girls on it, just pics of his family and friends. I saw another guy kicked out when he complained about the slow service on his food. I saw them escort him out and thought maybe he just got mad and left or went outside to talk to them. About 15 minutes later I walked outside and saw him visiting with the cops and sitting in the patrol car while the cops were still talking to the bouncers/waitstaff. OK so Ive warned you about what Ive seen and experienced, now its up to you to find out for yourself.

We went to Blackfinn for a birthday dinner on a Saturday night. This was my first time at Blackfinn so I all I knew it was a restaurant and never know a "Restaurant" to have “Bouncers”. Well our party was on the patio so when we entered the establishment, we entered through the outside gate. Not only were members from our party going on and out the gate but others as well. Later on in the evening actually as we were wrapping up our dinner, one of our party members was approached by one of Blackfinn’s employees which now we came to find out was a “Bouncer” that the gate was for them to exit not enter through and could he next time enter through the front doors. He explained to him that this is how we came in and out the whole night. Out of no where the bouncer starts grabbing on him and very angrily starts pushing on him and trying to put him out. There was no warning no words being passed back and forth, just out of no where he grabs him and starts pushing on him. Our party member is literally just standing there and trying to figure out what is going on and than realizes that this guy has snapped. So another one our party members pull the guy and tell him to leave him alone and than he starts attacking him. Next thing we know all of Blackfinn’s staff is coming out attacking us as if we are the problem. They tried to pin some of the men while the original Blackfinn employee that started everything is still coming trying to attack us. We are telling them over and over again to get their employee but of course we look like the problem because by this time our entire party was up trying to insure the safety of our people. The cops were called on us and we were told to leave and never come back but like I said earlier we were wrapping up getting ready to leave and some of us were still waiting on our credit cards. Reading some of these reviews it proves that Blackfinn has some issues with Customer Service. While we were standing out there we were told by another couple that this is not the first time they witness this by the Blackfinn “Gang”. Please don’t support this establishment, you might be next!!

Me and my girlfriend have never been so disrespected in our lives. We were followed to the bathroom by a random guy. Or so we thought. We ignored him, and kept walking. He came up to us yelling and screaming saying that he kicked us out last night for going in to the mens restroom. Which is absolutely ridiculous. We kept walking still not knowing who this was. He grabbed my friend saying you dont know who your talking to. It was completely inappropriate! He got this scary look in his eyes and said its time for yall to go. Which we definitely were eager to at this point after being treated that way! We continued to walk outside and he told the police officer to arrest us! He went on this power hungry rage and was in our faces yelling! The bouncer which was also outside was completely out of line also! He was yelling "yall shut up!!!" any time time me and my girlfriend tried to respond. We were in tears surrounded by power hungry men yelling and screaming in our faces. It was scary and very upsetting. The police officer was very nice and comforting through getting harassed by these men. The manager kept yelling at the cop to arrest us, when we had clearly done nothing wrong. The manager said that we are never allowed back in that location again or we will be arrested!!!!! This is definitely fine with us because i will never be stepping foot even close to there again after what we had been through. The police officer even told us to complain, he could tell the staff was out of line, and for no reason!!! The manager called us bitches and he had smart comments to us when we told him our boyfriends were about to come get us, he said "wow!!! yall have boyfriendsss, thats real classy!!" insinuating that we had lots of boyfriends. I would recommend no girl to step foot in this location. I would never want any girl to go through what we went through being harassed, disrespected and degraded for no reason. It was very upsetting and I am Very upset with the staff. I would watch out for the manager Chris and the bouncer at the door Josh. They are power hungry men who like to mess with women.
