We walked up and was promised a table on the patio and we gave our last...and they seated Us inside. And never came to give is the outside patio seat.. The waitress askedif we were ready to order we got just drinks and the waitress told us the night staff would help instead of her and just left.. The next waitress was rude abd every 5 minutes asked if we needed anything. And when my mom needed drink the waitress was no where. Food was prices.was terrible for the amount of and the cheese dip was awful.. And then getting ur ticket to pay and having to ask for a parking voucher and the waitress. Acted like it was a hassle. And my friend got over charged three different times on 3 different visits and never got ahold of a manager and was hung up..and it was more then my friend had wrote on her receipt. And are waitress was nicer to all the other people around us..

Good food, service and view in the atrium. Id rate it 4 or 4.5 stars on food, nothing wrong with what we had, burgers, ribs, crab dip, and Buffalo wings. Our waiter was good, and checked on us fairly often. It wasnt a busy day, yet, but Ive seen dead places that had bad service. 2.1 star rating does not represent the food and service we had. One warning to management, when you have events at the Convention Center youre attached to, you need to have a full staff. We couldnt get enough time to get seated and eat because the line and wait was too long, yet all but one table outside were empty. That level of staff during this busiest time of the week is unacceptable. 1 star for management planning and staffing for your restaurants. I assume hotel management is at fault because the people checking us in were also working here, too, another day.

Awful! First time at Gaylord and this restaurant was horrible. First, we had a table of four and was charged an automatic 20% gratuity. Normally that would be okay, however, our waitress did not deserve a 20% tip. Bad service and we spent the first part of our meal waiting just to receive our silverware after already receiving our food. Secondly, the food was some of the worst food I have eaten. The pulled pork was so greasy that you couldnt even pick up the sandwich and was pretty much flavorless. The mac and cheese was gritty, the fries were not fresh and the food was cold. For the price they charge you for food, it should at least be hot and fresh. Terrible terrible terrible. I will absolutely never give them another try and I would not recommend them to anyone.

First off you walk up to the hostis stand and get told its a 45 min wait when half the restaurant is empty. Waited the time for our table waitress was very nice but the food is horrible no selection frys tasted old sons hot dog bread was stale. The Ruben witch has brisket is so nasty no flavor. Wife got the burger meat was cold. This is by far the worst place I have ate at and for staying in the Gaylord you would think you could dine 5 star but dont expect it. If I was in charge of hotel this restaurant needs to be closed and revived.

Nice staff, good service. The cheese dip was potatoe soup. We were told we would have to go to the Mexican restaurant if we wanted queso. Sad that a "sports bar" doesnt have nachos, queso, pizza, or sliders. The menu is horrible and the food you CAN order isnt great. All in all, its a management issue. Feel bad for the staff.

Currently here waiting to pay tab...Pulled pork sandwich- the bun was soggy and disgusting. The macaroni that came in the texan bowl was curdled like it sat too long in the heat lamps...servd food with no silverware...required to pay 20%gratuity on nasty food and bad service. Would not recommend coming here

Dont eat here is my suggestion. Im not sure which was worse the food or the service. Soured tea to start, beautiful $17 burger that was ice cold and the meat too pink I took 1 bite sent it back no replacement burger terrible tasting is generous. I wont eat here again. How do you mess us a burger

I wouldnt even gave the place a 1 star if 0 was a choice. Food was okay and the service sucks. The waitress never checked on us. She just dropped the food on and never returned except for to deliver a check. I would not recommend this place especially if you are hungry with hungry little kids

The staff was friendly and the TV was huge, but the food was iffy. I suggest this place is best for sports, drinks, and appetizers. Dont expect a great meal. I was there for the late menu, so maybe other times of the day are better. 1 of 2 Hamburgers was not cooked properly.

Just another sports bar. We had grilled cheese sandwiches Probably the best we ever had. Service ok. Had a appetizer it was just OK as well. We left there having to give them one of our ( hard worked for ) FRANKLINS. SO A LITTLE PRICEY.

Slow. Played backstreet boys and other music that should be banned from sports bars. Missing food/ingredients you would expect from this type of establishment. At least the food was fine. 17$ for a burger.

No nachos? Really? My potato chips had some that were grease soaked and wet. Servers were fine. Great facility. A new menu and management could really make this an awesome place. Makes some changes.

The food was terrible... Odd awkward seasoning choices. The ranch tasted spoiled. The pulled pork was dry with a stinky feet after taste. The pickles taste like Christmas and not in a good way.
