Update: I gave this place another chance, DO NOT go here after 9pm. Their drive-thru service is horrendously slow, so slow in fact that its worse than a snails pace. It took them 5 minutes to get to the speaker and take my order and when I got to the window to pay the idiot at the drive thru window left me sitting for 10 minutes. I timed and stared at him waiting as patiently as I could before he saw me. He looked back to the screen and proceeded to leave me there for another 5 minutes before I had it and drove off. Whoever the manager is there, if you read this, either fire yourself or get better people. I am warning to all that look at this place, you will not have a good service here, go to the other locations I mentioned below. --- Somehow the worst Taco Bell out of all the ones Ive ever been to. If you want to go to a good TB, go to the one located on 121 and Custer or the one thats further West on McDermott and Ohio where the Walmart is. Youll get a good portion size, service, employees that at least seem to give a crap about their customers, and food that should taste right. I had a Fiesta Taco Salad here and the shell tasted very strange, so dont ever order that here.

I keep giving this place a chance because theyre so close, but this is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. 1) I ordered a 7-layer burrito and they only gave me a very small amount of lettuce, guac, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. No meat, no beans. No sour cream. 2) On another occasion I ordered their triple-double crunchwrap box and some other stuff for my family, my crunchwrap box came without the crunchwrap. It was just a taco. Seriously? $7 for a taco and a drink? 3) This place is always under-serving, making food wrong, leaving things out. I personally will never be coming back to this Taco Bell. Be prepared to sit there at the window, check all of your items, and then wait some more while they get it right. I get it, fast food is not a glamorous job, but come on guys, get it together. Terrible, 0 stars.

Been to this location several times because its convenient, but no more. Service is always incredibly slow (tonight it took nearly 1/2 hour to get my order, even though there were only 2 other people in the place). Plus, they have yet to get my order correct the first time. Never, ever, go through the drive through - literally every time Ive gone through the drive through, they leave out at least one item. On todays visit, I went inside to order to-go - less convenient, but easier to make sure I got my complete order. They managed to screw it up, though. I ordered a cheese quedadilla, but when I got home, I discovered that they have me a chicken one instead.

This location is a combo drive thru fast food restaurant. Along with Taco Bell, you can get a bit of an Italian fix here as well as it features a Pizza Hut. Although a limited menu, I wouldnt expect more than a personal pan pizza and breadsticks in a drive thru! Taco Bell has a full menu and both are served via the drive thru. There is seating inside as well. Ive never had any issues here and theyve always gotten my order correct. The food is always an expected temperature and quality. The prices are affordable and the outside is well maintained. The employees are always friendly as well.

Worst location and service ever!!!!! This is why fast food workers will never receive the $14 they are asking for. I ordered 9 items. Five of them being $1 simple things like a cheesy roll up and several mini quesadillas!! I waited in the drive thru for 19 minutes just to get all the way home and Im missing 5 items! Of course when you call no one answers!!! I will never return to this location! Il encourage everyone to visit the 121 location instead.

This is the worst taco Bell I have ever been to if I could give them zero stars I would. I have tried ordering a chicken grilled stuff burrito from there multiple times and they always give me the shredded chicken burrito. I told them I dont want shredded chicken and she said okay but I still got a shredded chicken burrito. They dont even know there own menu. I will not be going to this location ever again. Good luck if you choose to go there.

Drove up to the drive thru at 8:35 tonight and the lady said they were "closed". She gave no reason and when I drove out of the line passed the lobby windows there were several families inside eating. Someone needs to clean house and get some new staff and have a visit from the health department just from the previous reviews for this location. Never going back to this location ever again. I wouldnt even give it 1 star.

Went there at 9:00pm and the guy was very rude...ask for Dr pepper and he said there out...and when I got to window the guy said it must be a crime we are out of dr pepper..i held back lucky and was nice..but got lucky I didnt jump threw that window and throat punch him...need to close down this restaurant or better staff

Literally 50/50 chance of leaving with your order, or one belonging to someone else. Not just one little thing wrong, the entire meal, not a single thing correct. Has happened at least half a dozen times now. I dont expect much when coming here, but getting what I bought would be nice.

Service was slow and the chalupa shells they gave me were uncooked. I see now from other reviews that the service at night is commonly like this. Save yourself and go to the bell just a couple miles north.
