This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who took our order rushed us and did not allow us to complete our order. When we got to the window we asked if she usually treated customers this way and sarcastically answered "YES!" We then asked to speak to her manager and she ignored us. We asked again and she told her manager "they want to speak to you" when he asked her why she said "i dont know why." He was apparently standing there the whole time she was speaking rudely to us and when he came to speak to us we asked if she usually treats customers this way to wich he replied "no" and then stated "I dont know what you want me to do" to which we stated "well she shouldnt be treating customers this way" to which he replied " Well I need to talk to her" and just stayed there staring at us. His response sounded like he didnt care He was there the entire time she was acting rude to us so I dont understand why he first didnt understand why we wanted to speak to him and then didnt tell her anything before we even got to the window. After just staring at us he then told us to have a good night and we just decided to drive off. Also, I now cant do a survey online to this horrible experience because their receipt printer was running our of ink! All I can make out is the restaurant number and what I ordered. I WILL be calling Customer Care because of this terrible experience and I would leave less than one star if I could.

They need to wake up. Its not sales anymore that matters....its service. Anyway, I go through drive through. Ordered $20 worth of food. The guy at the window says "it was declined". I said that that is impossilbe. He then stated that the computer says multiple rejections not allowed. Im now confused. He said if you use your card more than 3 times a day, you cant use it again. Ok fine, he is just young and not aware. I call my bank. The charge actually went through and was approved 5 TIMES and declined on 6th attempt for security purposes & locks out my card now. I go in and speak with Malcom Porter the "manager". When I walk in another customer is complaining about the same exact issue. I explained the situation and he said that there is nothing he can do. If it shows up on my statement bring it in and he will refund the money. Are you kidding me? The I tell him my card is locked and Im here getting lunch for my wife and I. He again said there is nothing he can do...... He let me leave with NO FOOD and he acted like i was an idiot. Dont know how the food is so I can say anything abou that, but just make sure you bring cash.

Apparently this store is franchised and while most of the time everything is as ordered, today just totally sucked. The breakfast sandwhich was not fresh, the cressant tasted stale and the sausage seemed like it had been waiting a long time to be ordered. I also wanted to try the breakfast burrito since the picture made it look delicious and for the price 2.89 I figured I was buying quality. Boy was I fooled. Again the sausage was not was I was used to getting and the burrito is essentially wrapping the slice of sausage with egg. It was no bigger than McDonalds 1$ breakfast burrito. I had ordered breakfast for my coworker and myself, now my coworker thinks I hate her cause her sandwich made her sick. Of course there is no receipt in sight and the paper taped to the bag is an overview reminding you of what you purchased. My lesson is learned that my money is better spent elsewhere. I will still go back for a whopper, or an itallian chicken sandwhich, but breakfast is not happening again. If you still choose to have breakfast here, then I truly hope your experience is better than mine was today.

Do not go to this place. I should have looked at the previous negative reviews. I will not go here again. I placed my order, and was just told okay. Not, your total will be _____ or please pull up to the next window, first window or anything. When I pulled up to what I thought was the drive thru window a lady was yelling inside. I had no idea what she was yelling. Then she comes over and knocks on the half door that is closed, the other side was open. She says next window please. It dawns on me that she was yelling at me from across the building. That was very inappropriate and very unprofessional. You need to use the place cards that says next window please. After I left I checked my food. Bad mistake I should have checked it at the window. My cini-minis did not have the icing and it is very obvious where it goes on the outside of the box. My croissanwich was to be ham, and it was sausage. The hash browns tasted like they were made two days ago and reheated. This wasnt an omg we are swamped and therefore easier to put together wrong orders........ I was the ONLY customer there.

I dont know why I keep hoping things will change. Drive through consistently takes 15-20 min or more, which to me is unacceptable when your competitor directly across the street will have you through in 3 minutes. My order has been wrong every time, and then the food is luke warm or even room temperature! Today, after sitting in the drive through for 6 minutes, and I still had not even been able to pull up to order... I decided to go inside. At least I got to order immediately, but the cashier was clueless, and didnt say anything to me other than "can I help you?" Even though it was a to go order, it was brought out on a tray, which helped to see that my order was wrong AGAIN. 25 min experience, on an hour long lunch... and my food was cold. Go to McDonalds across the street, food is quick, hot, and they are very friendly. Ive given this location enough tries, Im officially done.

Sloppy. Last week I ate inside this location after the noon lunch rush. The interior is dated and the lighting was very dim, giving the place an unfriendly and uninviting vibe. When the cashier took my order she just took off without saying a word. She returned a few minutes later to collect my cash and handed me my food. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was thrown together and covered in way too much mayonnaise. The bacon was soggy and some how chewy. Not sure how they pulled that one off. The new frappe was okay, but small chunks of ice kept getting lodged in the straw. It was not a pleasant lunch experience and I will never be returning to this location. Shut it down and put something better here. Theres far too many better lunch options around the Campbell / 75 area for this to remain open any longer.
