Beverly Delgado is the most unprofessional "owner" I have ever encountered. Yelling at clients over the phone, hanging up. Telling me that you could not get sick off of UNCOOK shrimp. . . I am very glad all my phone calls are recorded. Absolutely ridiculous! Order through the ubereats app and received raw, frozen food. After physically getting sick and throwing up, called this establishment and talked to the manager who informed that it was "out of their hands" and basically not their problem because it was ordered off of an app. So if I order food and have a friend pick it up then it is their fault that the restaurant did not cook their food?! Does not even deserve one star. Terrible service and even worse food.10 out of 10 would not RECOMMEND!

Horrible customer service. We were a group of 12 from a national hotel chain here for the week for corporate meetings that decided to get dinner and drinks together. We came here and we were denied service because one of our co-workers had an expired license with a paper proof that he renewed it. She denied us anyways. She wouldnt even let us just eat. The crazy part is that he flew here and TSA did not have a problem with his paperwork. We probably would have brought in around a thousand dollars of revenue and 200 dollars in tips. Silly us for trying to support this local business in this area especially with 200 corporate chains right next door.

Quarter Bar is pretty great! The music selection and food is better than decent, and rather scrumptious. Came during a week night a few months back, and had good service. It appeared as though staff was all on the same page as far as working as a team. We had came from a bigger bar down belt line, that was rather loud and obnoxious, with less than attentive wait staff. We were rather disappointed.....one arriving and stepping foot into the quarter bar, I knew my luck had changed.

this is the most racist place I have ever worked the owner fired me because I listened to rap music and said my kind doesnt fit in with his kind, I am a black male who was racial discriminated against by this company. Since my kind isnt good enough to work there we shouldnt eat there. I have filed a complaint with the EEOC and department of labor. Black people please dont spend your money here.

My husband and I tried this place a week ago but it was so crowded we couldnt find but one seat. We sat and waited for 10 minutes before my husband tried to order from the bar and couldnt get the attention of anyone after standing there a few minutes. Why bother try it again when theres so many other bars in the area with better service even on busy nights?

Typical bar atmosphere, was looking for a place to have dinner by myself while on business, and this place caught my attention. Bar staff was friendly, they have a good selection of local beers, food was pretty good, but keep in mind that smoking is allowed in here yet, so if that bothers you go somewhere else.

Ordered off grub hub June 9th. burger was dry. Lava cake was dry but biggest thing was that there was a chunk of plastic in the fries. Like someone used a plastic spatula or something in the frier. The slaw wasnt that great either. Fish tacos were ok but 30 dollars was way too much to pay for the quality

Been in Addison for two weeks and have been in this place nearly every night. Nick and Shane keep the glasses full and are very friendly...felt right at home in here unlike 90% of the other places near by. Ive had 5 or 6 different menu items and they were all top notch and priced right.

Waitress was very rude to my fianceé! We understand that the bar is 21+ after a certain time, but the waitress continuously gave us a countdown until we had to leave! My fianceé turns 21 in three days. That waitress lost out on my tab tonight and that bar lost my business for good.

Went for karaoke, gave our name to the dj. We were totally skipped.. The dj was evidently showing favoritism to the regulars. Gave him names a second time still put people ahead of us who just showed up! Our second bad exprience there. Used to be a enjoyable.

Good food and great Staff. Its a smoking establishment, which left us smelling like cigarettes for days, and the food began to taste like smoke after a minute. Seemed like we were the ONLY table to not be lighting up.

Ordered Texas club... horrible... fries were nasty, bacon over cooked and looks old. Definitely not trying this place again. I love fries and these were horrible. Disappointed because I was really hungry.
