Our Happy Chaos
You can see my previous review, listed below. Id given them four stars. Tonight, they lost our business! Ordered four take out bento boxes. My husband got home and we discovered that our order was messed up. Got to checking our receipt and not only was our order wrong, we were charged for three hibachi and one bento box. The few dollars extra they charged us is not even what lost our business! People make mistakes, and we understand that. The bento boxes come with sushi and a spring roll. Hibachi does not. Yet the hibachi costs more. Regardless, we ordered bento boxes and we received hibachi. So we paid more and didnt get the sushi or spring rolls. I called the restaurant and talked to the first girl that answered, then had to sit there while she and another girl discussed how the bento boxes always get messed up. Then another person chimed in that we didnt order bento boxes and thats why we didnt get sushi or a spring roll. That person then got on the phone to try to tell me that we didnt order bento boxes, and thats why we didnt get any sushi or spring rolls. I explained to her what I ordered. She then offered to give us the sushi and spring rolls (that we originally ordered) the next time we come in. I was blown away! How kind of them to offer us, what we ordered! No apology, nothing. Just an offer of the sushi and spring rolls we ordered. She then put me on hold, and a man who I presume was the owner got on the phone. He proceeded to offer the same explanation as the previous girls. I AGAIN explained that we did not order ANY hibachi! We ordered ONLY bento boxes. He then proceeded to tell me that the hibachi comes with more shrimp, and that it costs more. I still have no idea what that has to do with anything! I didnt get what I ordered! At this point, I was just done! When you drive twenty minutes to pick up take out, and twenty minutes back... and your order isnt right, its pretty frustrating! But then to have the business not even be understanding or apologetic is ridiculous! I told the man that I would be giving their business a review on google so that future customers would know that if their order is messed up, Misos will be so kind as to offer you - your order. I dont want anything for free, I didnt want anything extra. But to expect customers to come back another time to get what they should have received to begin with, is ridiculous! And no one ever offered to refund us the difference what we were overcharged. Pretty frustrating to get charged for a more expensive dish, that isnt what you ordered, and get less food! So here is where he lost our business: When I told him that I was going to be putting all of this on google review - his response was "Whatever" and he hung up the phone. Yup, wont be going back there again!

I had a friend take me to eat sushi, so I cannot comment on the steak, yet. My friend is an international traveler (US air marshal) who enjoys good sushi around the world. We ordered three rolls and divided them. He rated them about "an 7 or 8 out of 10," which I thought was pretty generous, considering his experience. I enjoyed the sushi we sampled, and was very impressed at how the most horrible ex-Pizza Hut in the world had been transformed into a reasonably clean and pleasant restaurant. Havent made it back recently, but plan to try the steak.

Had previously given Miso Four stars. They list all respect and business from our family tonight. If I could give them zero stars, I would! Delicious!!! We love it! Wouldve given five stars, but when we went to order shrimp fried rice, the server told us that all of the fried rice is the same, they just put a few pieces of shrimp on top. That was a bummer... So we just got the fried rice that came with the meal. Everything tasted great, especially the yum yum sauce!

Ive had much better sushi and Japanese food. The sushi seemed pre-made... Kind of stale is the best way I can describe it. Noodles were just ok, overly sweetened. The steak I had was way overcooked. The building use to be an old Pizza Hut and has always been pretty run-down looking. The Miso owners have done a decent job renovating the inside, but the outside still looks like a dilapidated Pizza Hut... Not very inviting.

Always nice and cool, you almost need a jacket at times. The lunch specials are awesome especially the sushi combo lunch specials. Service is usually prompt as well as pleasant and sweet tea is only .99. Its my favorite Paris lunch : )

Food was great but there was several tables open and we had to wait close to 10 minutes and it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn the sink on in the bathroom and also the bathroom was tiny

Not the best but far from the worst. The price is a little high compared to other Japanese restaurants . Portions are small and the rolls are basic fair. Nothing adventurous or different.

Wonderful food!! And even though it was a busy night, the service was quick. The staff, from the host to our waitress, were great too. Highly recommend the hibachi meals!

My familys favorite place to eat. They may be expansive, but totally worth it! Ive never gotten anything there that I havent loved. New to sushi? Try the Miso Roll!!

The food is amazing! My favorite is the Teryaki Filet Mignon bento box, and the miso soup. The Tempura lobster roll is also a must have.
