Great place to get good food. The manager is a hoot & likes to joke with customers so just note that when you go up to pay. This place is always busy with locals between 6pm-7pm as well as around noon on Sunday. Margaritas are good (sometimes a little strong) & most of your food is out to you within 10 minutes of ordering it though you have chips & salsa (slightly spicy) to snack on until it arrives. Its sorta our quick go-to place to eat when we dont want to cook or get fast food.

Weve been going to Monterrey since they opened several years ago. It is by far the best Mexican restaurant around these parts. The prices are reasonable and the food is consistently good over the years. One great recommendation is that half the time we go there the local police officers are there and those folks know good food. My favorite dish is La Casa. My only complaint... the straws are shorter than their glasses.

I sent my wife to get take out. They totally screwed up the order and charged us $7.50 for some extra chips! I called to complain to the manager and he was not in ( on a Thursday?) How hard is it to get carne asada taco wrong? I wanted just the tacos and I got a carne asada plate with nasty refried beans all over the meat. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

The food was very reasonably priced, and it tasted very good. The service was lacking. I received food that was improperly prepared, but because no one ever came to check on how the food was, I just had to go without eating that part of my meal.

Great food, great service. Everyone working there was literally running around in order to make sure everyone was waited on. I never asked for anything, it was always there before I even thought about asking for it. Awesome place.

Wonderful customer service, very friendly workers. Fast service as well. Never waited longer than fifteen minutes for our food after ordering. Would recommend to anyone if theyre wanting to eat Mexican food.
