Have been a Chipotle customer at several locations and found ourselves across town so decided to drop in. When I asked for my meal to be prepared gluten-free, the gal behind the counter appeared annoyed and inconvenienced. She asked with a sigh whether she needed to change out the spoons for the beans and rice and was not happy when I said yes. She then proceeded to minimize portion sizes dramatically, to less than half of what I have ever been served for the same menu item at every other Chipotle location Ive ever dined at. I was unprepared for this kind of retaliation for simply asking that my meal be prepared gluten-free with what I have come to expect as Chipotles standard practices for gluten-free food prep. in order to prevent cross-contamimation. At all the other Chipotle locations, staff members change out the serving utensils and one even cheerfully and proudly told me "Chipotle takes gluten-free seriously" and then went about showing a newer staff member how to accommodate someone with gluten-free needs. Lets face it, most gluten-free people eat that way for medical reasons and its not something we choose just to inconvenience food servers. Next time, Id prefer not to have my tacos served skimpily with a side of malice.

Chipotles food is always great, but the staff at this location leaves much to be desired. I have ordered via the mobile app many times, and they almost always seem to screw up when I ask for something as simple as putting Guac on the side. Today, I ordered my food nearly an hour in advance, and upon arrival to pick up my meals, my food was not prepared. There was not a long line, as there often is on Friday evenings. There was no reason for my food to not be ready on arrival, which was a few minutes after my scheduled pick up. Seemingly careless of the fact that they had inconvenienced me, their response was essentially, "gee, sorry about that." On top of that, my side guacs had not been placed on the side as requested. No amends for these errors were offered. Certainly, these are first world problems, but problems nonetheless. Perhaps next time, Ill just take my business to Moes, across the street, where the service and the salsa are better (spicier salsa).

From my experience at the restaurant the crew members do not care about the customers. There has been times when the restaurant was getting in meat that was not naturally raised and antibiotic free like they advertise it is. When this issue was brought to the attention of a manager instead of putting up a sign to let customers know they just brushed it off and said "Its fine." Management does not care about the crew and barely knows how to keep the restaurant from running out of food. When employees speak up and say what they think about it they would rather just fire them than fix it and make it better. What you expect when you go into a restaurant like this is to be greeted by a crew member with a smile at every station. The whole process should be speedy and take less than 1 minute per customer. This place can be the exact opposite at times. Crew members dont smile and could care less how long it takes them.

2 times in a row now.... 20 minutes to get my food (3-4 customers in front of me) food area gross. dried sour cream, salsa, cheese everywhere. staff wore gloves, but repeatedly would wipe their hands and their disgusting aprons. OH and if you have any issues, good luck talking to someone in charge. Most likely get a ditzy manager and the business card of the real boss. Try calling him, youll get his voicemail. and he wont call you back. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THE FOOD...otherwise youre just another dirtball college town qdoba. Get it together Royal Oak. Youre on woodward. You could be a powerhouse. Total crap.

Chipotle catered our fiesta for 30 women. I picked it up and was astonished how well packaged it was. They included ; food, chafing holders, sterno, utensils, napkins, plates, and even matches to light the sterno. Everyone raved that the food was delicious... could have also been the margaritas talking. However, I would highly recommend Chipotle to cater your next party. They give you absolutely everything to throw a party except for the water that needs to be placed in the bottom of the tin-foil pan and friends. It was extremely reasonable.

This place seems to get customers through the line relatively quickly during the lunch rush, and the service is so-so. Unfortunately, the chicken from this location is far too salty for my tastes. Im not sure what theyre doing differently from other Chipotle locations (and I visit many of them), perhaps theyre piling on too much seasoning after the meat hits the grill? On one occasion, the meat was also far more charred and crunchy that it should have been. I may try them again in a few months, and hope these mishaps on the grill are remedied.

First visit to this location and workers had a poor attitude problem for sure. Very small portions served and meat well over cooked. I will not visit this location again. And I will tell everyone the same. Worst location ever. And I eat Chipotle regular. Update This recent bad experience here has ruined my whole taste for this place. I believe I wont ever ever visit another Chipotle. One real bad experience at something or place just sticks with you forever. And this is one of them. This location is trash.

By far the WORST chipotle Ive ever ate at. First, the tables were disgusting, employees seemed to not like cleaning tables, floors and especially trash! The trash was filled up so high, I just left my trash on top the rest of the trays that were piled up. The staff is horrible, I dont know where they came from but poor customer service, not friendly and no personality at all, needs new staff ASAP! The place wasnt busy at all, so there shouldnt be an excuse! One word: DIRTY

The workers are more involved with each other than taking care of the customer. My family wanted to dine in, but the tables were dirty and when I asked that the tables be wiped off for us I was met a dirty look and then completely ignored. Not one worker came out to wiped down the tables during our 20 min stay. I also noticed that the floors were not swept. I love the food and I appreciate the healthy alternative to fast food, but the customer service is horrible!

Was not a big fan of Chipotle. My burrito had very little chicken, rice and beans. It was mostly a salad. Very heavy on the cilantro and tomatoes as well as the salt. I also did not enjoy the fact that it was a cold dish while Qdoba serves it hot. The chicken was seasoned properly and the price of the dish was cheaper compared to Qdoba, but overall there is no comparison. Go to Qdoba. To be fair this was based on one trip and I might have just caught a bad day.

These workers are really not the brightest. For one they can not make two equal burritos one was super small and the other was really big. (both were the same thing) Aldo it took the worker making my burrito 3 times to wrap it. But the third time it just look like a bunch if chewed up garbage. Im never coming back to this place because of the clear stupidity of the workers.
