This is the first review I have written for a restaurant, and I really hope corporate reads it as our experience was that bad! This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We are familiar with the Rock Bottom up near D.C. so we figured we would go to this one On January 30, 2015. Huge mistake! It started off with our hostess seating us, half of us had sat down when the server came over grabbed the menus and told us that this table is closed and that we would have to move. So we moved, two tables over. As he was passing out the menus he asked us if we were ready to order. When we replied that we would like a minute to look over the menu he turned and walked away. after about 15 minutes he returned. when we started to order our beers he informed us that they were out of half of their beers. When asked what they had he turned to another table and snatched a beer menu off of their table telling them that they didnt need it anymore. All of the light beers were sold out. He then asked if we knew what we wanted to eat. We ordered two plates of Nachos and buffalo wings. as he started to leave we asked if we could order the beer. he turned his back and walked away. after helping all of the other tables he returned and took out beer order. The beer was brought by another server. About that time our nachos and wings arrived. My first sip of beer yielded some unwanted items, I couldnt tell you what it was but, my best guess is some raw onions. Our server was several tables away and ignoring our waves, for his attention. Again he ignored us. One of the guys then said, "hey Dude." to which the server snapped my name is not Dude it is Richard. Ok Richard. I then informed him of the floaters in my beer. To which he left with my beer and brought another. About that time we were a few bites into the Nachos and wings. About that time is when my wife found a long blond hair in the nacho she had just taken a bite out of. Needless to say at this point we were beyond done. After asking for a manager and waiting 10-15 minutes one finally showed up. after being told what had happened he replied, well Im not sure whose hair it could be no one in the kitchen has hair like that. He then mumbled, and we were doing so well today. He then offered to cover the beer and nachos, and bring us something else. We told him thank you but no thank you at this point we would like to pay for our meal and be done with it. He told us that we had to leave happy and he was going to bring us wings. He then left and brought us wings. The bill came, and contrary to what we had been told only the nachos had been comped. it wasnt worth the hassle as the manager never came back to check on us and neither did the server. We paid, and left.

I usually do not write a review however with place I need to. First I would like to point out I didnt drink that night totally sober. Dont waster you money or your time in this place Last night in Nashville with my girlfriends. Having a great time and we decided to stop in this place boy was it a BIG MISTAKE. Placed our orders, cant even get a drink order in since the waitress was in a rush. (diarrhea if you ask me) Im not at the table when the food was delivered. Got to my spot and theres no food. I asked about my food and one of the ladies in the group mentions that there is two orders next to her. So I go check neither is mine so I go to the front and ask that my waitress be sent to the table. She passes by at least 4 times and did not stop at the table even when several of us tried to get her attention. Totally ignored us didnt even look our way. So I go and ask for the Manager mind you we are now 20 minutes into this since everyone at the table has already finished eating, Finally a manager comes to the table, by now Im furious since it took him another 10 minutes to arrive. Everyone at the table is just sitting around waiting for me. I told him that my F food had not delivered and yes I did use the F word. He tells me that he wants me to leave. I was like are you serious your waitress screws up and just because I said F food you want to leave. Not my proudest moment but at that point I used the F word several other times since I had nothing to lose. Been waiting for over 30 minutes to eat and instead of diffusing the situation he makes it worse. Great customer kid you have just got your restaurant another bad review. By the looks of it your places is not the place to go in Nashville. Even the natives dont want to eat there. BTW one of the ladies did order me a burger and it was horrible no taste, uncooked. Felt bad she had to pay for what I would call one of the worse burgers I have ever had I mean how can you screw up something so simple as a BURGER. If I could give a -5 instead I would.

Im not too sure if my expierence was based off my waitress, Symone, or kitchen staff. I came into the restaurant and waited 15 minutes... Fine... Waited a couple mins for drinks... Fine... But what I couldnt believe was that I waited 50mins for my appetizer and then received my food 5 minutes later. I had to send my pasta back to be microwaved because it was cold. My pasta was then dry due to be reheated. The beer is awesome I just would never go there for food. There were people who walked out while we were waiting just to receive our checks. I spent over two hours to only enjoy so little time actually eating. If your wishes are to get a beer then look no further, but choose one of the many other sites near this location to actually eat. As a note, I have also gone to the Denver location which was on a Friday night and had double the customers and I received excellent service. This location definitely struggled to keep up with any sort of crowd that came in during my two hour dinning for nachos and macaroni.

Slow night. Server passed by us several times. After about 10 minutes he comes over and asked if we wanted something to drink. I asked for water with lemon. Brought my water minus the lemon. Order a simple burger medium well. Burger arrived within 5-8 minutes rare. Sent back to cook more. It came back medium rare. He never checked back not once since the initial contact. I flag him down. He walks by very fast from one end to the other. Asked for the check. He goes to walk away and I tell him to look at the burger. He apologized and asked if he should have it taken off. I said no thanks. Its a scrap shoot when you go out to eat. Finally get the check and the burger was removed. We did tip accordingly due to the fact he wasnt the cook. Customer service is way lacking. Bad food AND customer service is a business killer. I am a server myself, so there was no way I would not tip. First and last time there. Good luck.
