I convinced my brother and his family to give this place one more try after they swore they would never go back again. I am sure they just experienced a bad night, right? Although it has been over a year since I myself had been there due to me living out of state, I thought "how bad can this place be, right?" WRONG on all accounts. I would have rather watched sports on my phone, in my truck, eating an expired bag of pork rinds, while having Bridgette the midget relentlessly punch me in the gonads. Why? Here goes... When we first arrived it was a 35 min wait, which we were okay with. 3 minutes in and our buzzer went off and we were seated in the side corner. Awesome! This is going to be a good night, I can tell.. I think. After waiting 10 min for a lady to ask if we have been helped, only to say she will be right back for drink orders and disappear for another 10 min, we finally get a ice cold beer, Our d.d. gets an ice cold sweet tea and requests some sweetener and BOOM, everyone is set on drinks. 15 min after this, she comes back to take our orders with an attitude. We will cut her some slack, besides it is a busy night. Our d.d. asks for the sugar again and is reassured she will get it. We ask about the Wing special and are talked down to for being idiots. Our bad for not knowing the specials. After we get our orders in we go back to watching football.. wait whats that, d.d.? Its been another 5 minutes and you are still waiting on the sweetner? Let the hunt for the waitress begin so we can get some sweetener. This lady is starting to get a reputation much like Bigfoot (you hear of sightings but no proof they actually exist). Eventually sugar is obtained. Then cheese curds were brought out and besides it only looked like half an order, there were no complaints with those. However, 10 min later, when the cheesy buffalo chips were brought out and thrown on the table, they were cold and hardly no cheese on them. Not even luke warm, I mean sitting right under the A.C. cold, with little amount of cheese which was hard. We were actually surprised that they tried to pass it off as edible. But as we turn towards the waitress, she was gone. Vanished. Disappeared without a trace. Is this place haunted? Is our waitress a ghost? Finally after 20 min. WINGS! Wait, what is this? She speaks? Yes we would like a another round of beers. What gave it away? The dry, empty, large mugs sitting in front of us? We wouldnt want to become a hassle for you. Finally life is getting better inside Bdubs. We just got our wings, refills on beer, and edible cheesy buffalo chips are coming. Just need our ranch and blue cheese. But she said she will be right back with those, I believe her. As we wait patiently on our dips, it gives us time to examine the wings that are famous for being hand tossed. Not sure what they tossed them in, definitely was not sauce. No, nevermind. I found some suace on the back of one. Finally after waiting another 10 min on the ranch and blue cheese, we find some workers that were standing around and asked them for dipping sauces. Within minutes they come out. But by then it was too late. Most of the wings had cooled down. My over cooked, greasy, boneless, sauceless wings were now room temperature. Not even my ice cold beer which I would receive 15 min later would lift my spirits. Making this the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Also, we had to go find the woman to get our checks. After this experience and me apologizing to my brother profusely, all I can say is.... shouldve went to Showmes. There is no excuse for a place to turn out such poor service and poor quality in food. It starts with management and ends with the employees. By the way, the whole bit where you treat the customer like dirt during, then become really nice when you bring out the check doesnt work with everyone. Although we acknowledge that some things are out of a servers control, there are a lot of things they do have control of and that is what I and along with many others, base our tip on.

So my girlfriend and I have been to this bdubs several times and never had a problem with it up till now. Obviously they need to rethink who they hire or at least let their new employees know that its alright to take something off of an order such as onions on a burger. Especially if these said onions make someone sick. My girlfriend asked them to simply leave the onions out and a server told her they couldnt do that. Then a manager of all people came out and said they couldnt. If anyone should know its ok not to add them its the managers. On top of all this I found several of the employees in this specific restaurant to act in an unprofessional manner, such as having an attitude with customers. The food may taste great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I suggest not going to this one. Oh, and almost forgot. That specific order took my girlfriend and her family more than half an hour to get there. Going to lose business real quick if you guys dont straighten out your workers.

Worst service we have had in a long time. My girlfriend works in the restraunt business so we put up with A LOT as far as bad service goes. We got here and got seated right away. That part was great. The server Theresa came by and asked for our drink order after about 5 mins. Drinks came out about 10 mins later. That was about the extent of our good service. Food took about 30 mins to come out and and my girlfriends wings werent even hot. Brought it up to the waitresses attention and she asked " do you want me to have them remade" when we said yes please she rolled her eyes and stomped off. No Im sorry or anything. Just treated bad all around from the time Theresa took over out service. Then after we ask for a check it took another 20 mins. Will not go back for a long time.

We have eaten at this location twice. The first time we went there, we waited for 40 minutes for a waitress to appear. We wound up leaving. The second time, we ordered food to go and we were told it would be 15 minutes or so. People coming in after us were getting their food, leaving. I finally asked what was going on, got an apology and our food arrived (finally) after waiting almost 45 minutes. On our way home, we discovered that they had forgotten part of our order and didnt include the sauce for the chicken tenders. We love B-Dubs, but this one is awful as far as service is concerned, and we have patronized them in places as far ranging as North Carolina to Washington state. We will probably eat there again, but not at the one in Terre Haute.

I look everyday of 64 and they card me everytime I come in. I used to be a regular but the prices finally put me off. Last week a barmaid spilled a beer all over me. And charged for it! No apology. Nothing. Used to be on Tuesday night you couldnt get a seat in the bar. Tonight I had my choice, as usual now. Since corporate took over they have driven off the college students and dozens of trivia players. They need to franchise this place to save it. Oh yeah, they used to give you a coupon for wings when you filled out their survey. Now they supposedly enter you in a mythological drawing. Pass!
