Had a TERRIBLE experience at old chicago.. For one... this is NOT Chicago Style pizza, not even close, it taste more like Pizza Hut Deep Dish than Chicago Style Pizza. Then if you read on the back of their menu this restaurant has NOTHING TO DO WITH CHICAGO, and was founded in Colorado, so why they even claim to provide Chicago Style Pizza is beyond me. So back to the experience, went their for a friends birthday and I will admit their Happy Hour Specials are a good deal so that will probably be the only thing to keep them in business, but Then again the bartender had no idea what he was doin with the drink and made a basic strawberry magarita completely wrong, then looking at the menu even it gave correct ingredients so he couldnt even follow that. Our regular drinks were not filled ONCE while we were there. My friends mother ordered the fried fish which was obviously frozen because when she broke it in half Grease literally poored out! Then when we told the waitress she said she would take care of it and comp the meal since his mom didnt eat any of it. The waitress also came back and said she would check on getting us some complimentary cheesecake but shortly after came back and said the manager said no. The waitress then brought the check out which charged us for the COMPLIMENTARY birthday cookie (which was terrible and no one ate) but we didnt even ask for that and i thought things like that were supposed to be on the house. Well no to mention that but they also charged us for the fish meal. At this point we had HAD ENOUGH and asked the manager to come by who never checked on us throughout the meal, only other tables and she said the waitress never told her we were displeased! THE WAITRESS LIED to us! The manager was cold the entire time and took care of the fish meal being charged but not once did she show any sympathy or try to make us wanna come back. WILL NEVER VISIT THERE AGAIN, VERY DISAPPOINTING!

We were at OC Murfressboro location around 1 pm on Saturday July 29, 2017. The most horrible service Ive ever had. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and still didnt have them right. Ordered appetizer at time meal was ordered and literally an hour later, my husband inquired about it and the waitress said, "Its almost up." She brought it 5 minutes later followed immediately by the meal. Had we known that, we wouldnt have ordered the appetizer. During the hour + we waited on food, the waitress never offered to refill drinks. We literally had to ASK for everything. Others at our table said their beer wasnt even cold. Being a "taproom" that promotes their wide offerings of craft beers, youd at least think theyd have that part straight!! There were very few customers there at that time so we dont understand the delays and horrible service. The place was hot and stuffy as well. We understand that businesses can have "off" days but this was beyond ridiculous!! The worst part of the whole experience was that the waitress NOR MANAGER offered an acknowledgement of the issues or explanation let alone an apology. When manager was asked, she was rude and more or less just said "things happen. " We love OC in Cool Springs and eat there often, as their service and food are excellent. NEVER again will we go to the one in Murfreesboro!! Dont waste your time unless youve got a lot to waste because youre gonna be there forever waiting!!

Weve been to this restaurant at this location probably a half-dozen times over the past few months and only have great things to say about it. We love their dimly-lit, cozy & comfortable laid-back atmosphere, we enjoy the music and their many flat-screen televisions, their food is always piping hot, full of very zesty flavor, delicious and the portions are extremely large. Their service is fast, friendly and their prices are quite reasonable. We nearly always have to take sizeable portions home. We do have a couple of suggestions for the chains management... One would be: Please be more generous with all of your various bread items. Second: Do not charge for adding "onions" (which are inexspensive) to any salad or menu item. That said, we still give Old Chicago a full (5) star rating. Be looking for us...as we shall return! ~oO(♪)Oo~

Went to Old Chicago this evening, only to use a coupon that was not honored properly. Spoke with management she did not honor what the coupon stated. Manager stated that shes getting familiar with the coupon company thats offering the coupon. I told her that the coupon is very misleading and she simply stated shes not honoring the coupon, because of some policy. Now the waitress that waited us stated shed honored the coupon as the coupon stated. Not to mention the coupon foolery, but it took forever to receive our food, and it wasnt a busy time. Put the icing on the cake the food really wasnt a good dinner. I will not return. This was my first time there, and I can say will never go again. Poor management

Were new to the town and figured we would give this place a try since we heard so many good things about it. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza and Chicago style pep and sausage pizza to go. We got home, opened the box to the Chicago style and was extremely disappointed! The pizza crust was extremely hard and the pizza was very dry. My wife called to speak with a manager regarding get the pizza and they could care less, there was no accommodation provided for our poor experience and was told that the manager okayed the pizza before we picked up it. Long story short, we WILL NOT BE BACK and if you plan to eat here please check your pizza before you make it home!

A solid "meh". The knives were dirty, 2 of our tea glasses (theyre plastic) were cracked & leaking. We ordered a "garlic cheese bread" appetizer - it was one ciabatta roll cut into four pieces, tasty but misleading- a 4$ roll? I ordered a Greek salad- it comes on a thin rectangular plate that you cant eat off of, especially since several of the ingredients werent chopped. After I got it onto an actual plate and cut up, though, it was delicious. We asked for feta on our pizza. They put it on top so it was blackened and crunchy. The pizza otherwise was OK. The waiter was very nice.

This is not the first time Ive been to Old Chicago, and generally its a good place to go. On this visit the appetizer came out after the pizza and the pizza was lukewarm afterwards we learned that there was a buffet during lunch hour, the buffet was not centrally located so it was sort of out of sight, basically ,our $40 lunch, before the tip tab would have been half as much and hot had we been informed, having said that, the blue cheese dip with the wings was delicious, sadly probably the best thing about this meal however I will be back I believe in second chances.

We have eaten their many times and always ordered the Calzone and pleased. but we ate their this week and the Calzone was not good with very little meat and veggies. We ordered two and both were more bread than the good stuff inside. We were very disappointed since we just got back from Nevada for a month and was very looking forward to having the Chicago Calzone in Murfreesboro. Disappointed and probably wont go back to they improve the way they use to be. Doug & Sheri
