Prince Street Pizza and Pub I wrote a bad review back in March about the experience I had in this pizza place. Below is the owners reply to me. After reading it, I think I was right about this place not lasting long. He doesn’t want anyone to come back if they write a bad review about his place on Facebook. He made only be 29 like he said in his reply but it sounds to me he made only be 19. LOL (The owners reply to me): Ok, after reviewing your posting in March let me just say this. I own a restaurant. I am 29 years old. I have never done this before. I am not an expert. Restaurants have good days, bad days, and even worse hours. We are only 4 months old as of this week. We have had phenomenal reviews and over 1000 happy customers. You had a bad experience. We dont sell bad experiences, we sell pizza and beer. The best in Gallatin and beyond. I would have been happy to try and make your order right and buy you dinner. But instead you trashed us publicly on facebook. One of only 2 bad reviews in our time being open. I dont know how else I am supposed to respond but, in all honesty, it sounds like you shouldnt have any reason to ever come to our restaurant again after the things you wrote. However, if you do decide to visit, we will do what we do everyday and thats try to provide a unique, and flavorful place to enjoy a meal and a good time at a very reasonable price. Their pizza is quite possibly the best in town. However. Last night I tried calling 5 times. No one ever picked up so I went there and ordered pizza in person. Over an hour later i still didnt have my pizza despite watching people get brought their togo boxes at the bar and surrounding table. I went back to the counter, and, as a line formed behind me, the two employees sat on their phones and vaping -- in my line of sight! Pizza is great though. For real. When I have gone right after work at 3 or 4 I never had any service issues and had a great time. Going on a Thursday or Friday or Saturday night is a mistake if you value service. They are too busy to provide it, whether with customers, cooking or "chillin." Great beer selection. They ONLY have beers brewed in Tennessee. Most super close by. It is crowned by the guy who runs Briar Scratch, which is a great micro brewery, maybe even small than that, in Cottontown. Its a great place to try out something new or to have that local beer you cant find in stores.

I am one of the two owners. Were here to fill a void in Gallatin. We offer downtown Gallatins only artisan pizzas and calzones, among other delicious items like baked sandwichs, tater tot nachos, and incredible chicken wings. My side of the business is the craft beer program. Prince Street showcases all the specialty beers produced by our own local brewery, BriarScratch Brewing, as well as beers coming from every other craft brewery in our state that is available in our market. Combine amazing food, incredible and fresh selections of rotating craft beer, a family friendly downtown venue, and local art, and you have our pub down on Prince Street. Hope you come visit and have a good time!

Incredible pizza and hot sandwiches. Really friendly staff and an astounding selection of 24 local craft beers that are always rotating in and out. Dont forget, $2 Tuesdays are still a thing and I hear they also have $3 pints every Thursday. Id venture to say everything is underpriced for what youre actually getting.

Laid back atmosphere with an outstanding beer selection featuring Tennessees finest breweries including BriarScratch Brewery. The creative specialty pizza options are absolutely delicious and always include a heap of fresh toppings. Easy to see why this place has easily become my favorite spot in town.

They are becoming a victim of their own success. Great food, great beer and I really do like the hole in the wall atmosphere. But they are suffering some growing pains. Depending on the time you gets there be prepared to wait on your food. But it is very worth the wait!

Stopped in for a quick bite the other day and just had a small pizza. Cool laid back atmosphere, staff was friendly and pizza was good... Ill definitely be going back. Update... This place has become our favorite local pizza joint! Love it!

Took family out for birthday celebration. We had beer and pizza outside on deck. Everything was great. Fun place, grest staff and even gave us a free pizza because there was a mix-up causing an unnoticeable delay. .great experience.

Food is delicious! My wife and I love the "Pretty Fly for a White Pie" and their weekly specials tend to be awesome too. Wings are great and the rotating local beer selection is on point. Great place to eat!

Had spaghetti, cheesy bread and he had a cheeseburger pizza. He loved the pizza, tasted just like a cheeseburger. My spaghetti was hot and tasty, by no means the best but good.
