I placed an order online at 4 p.m. to be delivered at 5:45 p.m. at Plainfield High School for my daughter. I called at 6 p.m. and was told that the driver left and it was on his way. I called again at 6:15 and was told the same thing, frustrated, I just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. She had to leave, and couldnt stay any longer. Whats the point of ordering online for a particular time of delivery if it cant be fulfilled? Disappointed with this location.

The worst service ever the person who took my order over the phone was very condescending....would not tell me if the had any specials...wouldnt tell me what toppings they had......i had to talk to the manager because he was SO rude....then when they delivered my order they forgot my soda and had to drive back to get it my pizza was over onioned....The worst donatos experience i have ever had. If i could it would be zero stars

Being from Columbus Ohio which is where Donatos was founded it is one of my favorite places to get food from. But apparently it is difficult for the employees at this location to count and make food correctly. Last time I checked a full order of bread sticks was 6. not sure why I got 4. Also ordered pizza sauce and got some cheese crap. Last but not least I ordered a big don sub on wheat but it came on white bread.

Best pizza around! Toppings go to the edge of the crust, more flavorful sauce than normally found on a pizza, and great choices. Love the Works pizza. Wish there were more Donatos around. Two thumbs up!

Pretty decent thin crust pizza and they delivered to my hotel on NYE. I love the fact that they use provologne cheese! I will definitely be back next time Im in Indy.
