I have ordered from Pizza Inn twice now and of the two both were delivery. The first time the pizza was soggy in the middle and the dough in the crust was still raw in the center. I went ahead and decided to give them another chance thinking maybe they had not worked out all kinks from being a new store. My second order which was much more simple, was still a delivery order but unfortunately it arrived in the same condition, soggy in the middle with raw dough in the crust. With all of that said everyone I came in contact no matter the person I spoke to on the phone or the person that delivered the pizza they were always very kind and polite. I hope to try one last time in a couple months and maybe everything will be up to par, I think these pizzas have great potential if the quality control was only a little better.

We ordered a pizza at 6 pm and was told we would have it in 45 minutes. At an hour and a half I called to be told we should get it in 30 minutes. After 45 more minutes I called back to be told they were getting ready to call me and tell me they got busy and ran out of dough ! Seriously, a pizza place running out of dough. If they had taken care of my order when I first placed it maybe I would have gotten it. Worst service ever from a pizza joint. Weve ordered in before when they first opened and the service was slow but the pizza was pretty good, but when you count on them to deliver to you, call someone else.

There is no excuse we can give you for the manner in which your delivery was handled, our standards were certainly not to our expectations. The seating is horrible. Went to the bar and the spaghetti was old and the pizza was completely out for about 5-10 min. The staff was not friendly at all. The pizza bar and the salad bar is to far away from each other. The pizza is not good. Some of it was old. We couldnt even eat a lot due to the fact that the food made our stomachs hurt very badly. Overall not a good place to eat at all. Very unsatisfied. Would not recommend this place to anyone to eat, unless you want your stomach to hurt.

So many great choices! Many varieties of great tasting pizzas. From a loaded baked potato pizza, Mac and cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, taco pizza and cheeseburger pizza, buffalo chicken or chicken Alfredo pizza and ALL the traditional ones too! YUM!! EXCELLENT choice of dessert pizzas, YES, dough is made every day in the store. Among ALL the delicious choices of pizzas, there is also pasta, ribs and a cold buffet with freshly cut salad items. YOU WILL NOT LEAVE HUNGRY!!

This all you can eat pizza buffet with a nice salad bar, mac and cheese, spagetti, sauce, and (when I was there) really tasty, tender pork ribs was great! The place is kept very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and theyll make any kind of pizza you want! Good food, good prices, nice atmosphere-- Id say this place is a great choice, especially if you have kids. Good for big groups, too!

The pizza was better than expected! I dined in and ate the buffet. The buffalo chicken pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza was the best I ever had. I will say that Im tried their pan pizza but wasnt too thrilled about it. Other than that everything else including the salad bar was great! In addition, The staff was friendly and attentive. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. Loved it!

Pizza inn is FABULOUS! We have community events at Colony House Apartments with our CARES Teams. Another pizza place dropped the ball with one day notice and Pizza Inn generously stepped up and provided the pizza for us!! We are forever thankful! They have hearts of gold! we went in the store and ordered about 15 mins before close and the staff was really friendly. we apologized for coming in so late and they didnt seem frustrated at all, although i know how annoying that can be. the pizza was delicious and was ready fairly quickly. well definitely be ordering from pizza inn again! much better than dominos or pap johns

Friendly staff. Pizza and cheese bread was delicious with a wonderful, yet delicate, crunch to the crust. Hot marinara sauce available upon request, pairs extremely well with the cheese bread and pizza crust. Definitely recommend the cinnamon dessert; it has an amazing creamy middle layer. Sooo good! Will eat here again!

Amazing! This was our first time trying Pizza Inn in Murfreesboro Tennesse. the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the location is perfect! We really loved the variety on the buffet and the willingness from the staff to make anything we asked for! This will become a frequent stop for our family!

We have eaten several times at this Pizza Inn location and have always had a good experience. We have ordered different pizzas each time and have not had a bad pizza yet. The staff and managers were all friendly and our food was brought out to us in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Inn.

Pizza Inn has some of the best pizza in town. I love getting the Italian Crust with some extra marinara sauce and dipping it! Delivery time has been an issue a time or 2, but they arent the only place Ive run into that problem. No matter, I LOVE the pizza and eat from there all the time anyway.

Delivery time is what you expect. Pizza was very yummy, but the Bavarian Creme pizzert... OH MY! I ordered online and they didnt have the cookie dough that I originally ordered. I immediately received a call to let me know and BC was suggested. Im so glad. It was like a pizza donut. So good.

Best salad bar in Tennessee. Taco pizza is amazing, Zeke and his crew are the nicest people around. Im literally in there 2-3 times a week for the salad bar. Great restaurant been looking for a Pizza Inn for years since the one in Shelbyville closed 20+ years.

By far the best pizza ever. Had one in Hendersonville for 30 plus years until it closed. So glad they opened one in Murfreesboro. Even at a 55 minute drive it is well worth it. Also very polite and courteous staff as well with the owners.

My family and I had the buffet. Everything was fresh and the staff was amazing. I asked about the Taco pizza and they promptly put it on the bar. It was awesome! Special thanks for the dinner experience we didnt expect! We will be back ♡

Worst experience ever. Even with a 15.99 coupon was 36.00. Pizza hard taco pizza soggy. Salad bar just as bad tomatoes were soured. Never again, could have eaten at a nice fine dine in for what this cost for three of us.
