I am a frequent visitor to this Lost Pizza Cafe, and I have always enjoyed myself! The bartender especially has always been so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, I walked in this last time and was immediately affronted. The first time I visited, my server suggested a specialty calzone not on the menu. It was awesome, so Ive ordered it every time since. This time, I had a cashier be blatantly rude to me for even suggesting it, and then continued to argue with me when I wasnt arguing back. It honestly ruined my experience before I even had a chance to sit down. I love Lost Pizza Cafe, but as someone whose worked in the restaurant business, the customer service was disappointing.

I ordered a spinach dip that took over an hour to receive. Once it finally came to the table, it was not cooked all the way. We ordered a pizza that also took over an hour- this was not due to the restaurant being busy. I was one of two tables on the patio at the time I ordered. There doesnt seem to be any sort of system for ordering or delivering food, as several other tables were complaining of loss of their food orders as well. The waitresses seemed to try to help, but each dish that was brought out was taken to each table, as they didnt know who ordered what. It was a bit awkward to have several dishes come to my table, none of which were mine.

My first time at the Poplar location, and again another great pizza! I loved the decor on the inside, especially the bench made out of an old Coke cooler. I plan on stopping every chance I get to have another great pizza. Two thumbs up again for a great tasting pizza. I advise everyone to stop in whenever they can for some of the best tasting pizza around!! Thank you again Lost Pizza Co

The best tamales in Memphis! Great drinks and good pizza. I am a bit of a Mexican food snob, especially tamales, as I am married to a Mexican woman who makes the best tamales ever! The ones we got here were the best we ever had.

Pizza was good but lacked flavor. Cheese dip was cold as were the chips. Employees were nice but one of them was walking around in house slippers. Pretty unprofessional and a little too laid back for the prices being charged.

The lunch deal (small pizza, salad, and drink for $10) is great. The deep dish is my preference with a flavorful and crisp crust. Service is sometimes just a bit slower than Id like -- especially for lunch.

This location is clean and speedy. The food is always good. However do NOT go on a (football) game day. The place echos and is Extremely loud, even with only a few rowdy folks at the bar.

I had the Chicken Alfredo, the chicken was great but the noodles were not. They are more of a Ramean noodle not a spaghetti noodle. The Alfredo was minimum also.
