I love this place but on the weekdays theres an employee lady who is doing a terrible customer service, she took our silverware before we were done without even asking, she refilled our drinks just once and was obviously waiting for us to leave, untill we asked her for a refill, she almost kicked us out!! The place was not busy and we were the only customers she had at that time! I love their awesome pizza but this lady is ruining this business!!! If it wasnt the bad service I would give 5 stars! I enjoyed it and enjoyed the buffet. I especially like their calzones. I am going to try and see if they will let me make my own. I work just around the corner at the Pyramid and this was quick and easy lunch. The buffet was great! I know I left over stuffed. Only thing is they used paper plates and it got kinda messy and I understand why they do but lets try to use something a little better so I can really chow down. This is better than the other choice across the street when it comes to lunch.

Very disappointed, looked like a wonderful menu. However, from the time we walked in we were disappointed. The only server was also the bus boy and bartender. Took at least 15 minutes for us to get the drinks. Out of several of the beers on tap or bottles. Saturday night and youre out of pizza dough at 5 PM?! Then I asked for capacolla and its "all frozen, we have to defrost it"...Wont return....

LOVE - IT. The people there are down to earth, friendly. They care more about you than the business. Atmosphere is great. It has so much personality. Great Italian food. My regular downtown spot for pizza from now on. Love how the menus are actually paintings. Thats clever. I definitely recommend.

Ferraros gives you a good deal every time you go there. I am so stuffed every time I leave that place that it is ridiculous. Im trying to limit myself so I dont start gaining weight like crazy (itll catch up to me some time) Come get some pizza and see what I mean. It is amazing!

This place hasnt been open long but it is already building a name for itself. I eat here for lunch at least once or twice a week and bring co-workers that havent had a chance to try it yet. All I can say is it is absolutely amazing! ***True New York styled pies***

Awful service. Waitress forgot to put our order in and didnt realize till she asked if we were ready to pay. Then we proceeded to wait 25 minutes after that for food. Completely disregarded me twice when asked for refills on drink. Will NOT be coming back.

Great service free parking. $1 beers while the game was on. Food was amazing. Clean place. Price was higher then i thought it would be but thats a big town. Really enjoyed myself. Thanks Ferraros

Service can be spotty but there always seems to be a deal. Big game days $1 beer, Tuesday $5 cheese pizza. The pizza is good and one of only a few food options in the pinch district.
