I wouldnt even give 1/4 of a star if that were possible! Worst place Ive ever ordered food from! 2 entrées were ordered (one with beef, one with shrimp). First the "fryer was broken" so no sides were available and no other options were offered/suggested for a return visit due to the problem. Next.. Who puts "2 meats& a side" in the to-go box?!?!!!!! Seafood allergies are serious! The meal was completely ruined. I called & spoke with the manager, she seemed a bit confused/"out of it"..I tried to explain being cautious of food allergies/my being upset that the order was ruined...??? ((Why should I have to explain this?)) I then stated the seriousness of "mixing meat regularly" (her words, mixing meat regularly) due to food allergies as they regularly do with to-go orders.. She STILL seemed confused about seafood allergies. To add on to it, she asked me "what do you want me to do about it?".....by the end of he conversation she stated she would write down an order for "some sides".. What a disappointment& why would I even want to go back?! Worst place EVER!! Cant wait until someone has an allergic reaction because it is routine to "mixing meats regularly" when you order SEPERATE entrées & shuts this place down.. I just hope the poor soul has an Epi Pen& gets more than a couple of free sides.

I eat here fairly often and have seen the best and the worst. It is never worse than 3 stars, or good average, and at meal time the food is excellent but obviously the service drops some due to being busy... If you go between meal times, the food may be a bit old and dry, but the service is fantastic. If you go at meal time the food is very fresh and moist but it may take a few minutes to get your food. I would say that as a fast food place, it is much better than average in food quality and service. Everyone likes the orange chicken, pepper chicken, and the two beef choices. I started out getting the fried rice, but now I get 1/2 steamed veggies, and 1/2 brown rice to make it a bit healthier for an old man. My 5 star rating is for eating at 1 PM and at 5 PM, after that the food tends to dry up some. If they had a full time cook to fix smaller portions more often then it would stay perfect all the time, in my opinion.

This is still a pretty brand new store, so when I placed an order online, the order wasnt received at the store. However, the staff bent over backwards to take care of my order as speedy as possible and make sure I was satisfied with the visit, despite a hiccup with the online ordering system. This was the first time Ive ever been to a Panda Express that wasnt in a malls food court, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised how well they transitioned from food court Chinese food. Its still not authentic Chinese, and none of the appetizers were that appealing, however the entrees were well-executed, even if some were a bit blander to cater to a more mainstream American palette. If youre looking for a good General Tsos Chicken, head somewhere else. However, if youre looking for a quick place to take a family thats not too expensive, theres something here for everyone and good service with a smile.

I like panda express, but this location is terrible! The staff was not organized, and the "manager" was wearing clearly dirty sweat pants and a sweatshirt behind the counter. They counted their till in the open, did not wash hands after handling the money. They had their empty soda/energy drink cans sitting around the register and resting on the ledge dividing the kitchen and the front. Add that to the fact that the food we received was inedible - uncooked and unseasoned fried rice and orange chicken that tasted like feet. It tasted like they didnt clean or rinse between entrees, and covered in small charred black bits from the wok. We couldnt eat it, threw away our food and left.

Eat at your own risk! Only reason I have this ish hole a star is because I had to! Always waiting on something to get cooked and its never good! Been twice. First time sucked,so ok maybe its was a bad day! Give them another try, ordered online, went to pick up food. They staff was playing in the back,I stood there for 3 mins before I had to say something top get someone top come up front! Then they havent even started my order. They told me it would be 13 mins! Manager offered me a free entry! I cancelled my order, contacted the corporate office! I will never go back!

Terrible service, terrible experience. I did an online order for pickup at 7:30 p.m. I arrived at 7:32 p.m. for my pickup, which was not ready. They finally started preparing my order at 7:40 p.m. What was worse, they didnt have the food cooked. It was 7:50 p.m. before I was able to pick up my order with that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 p.m. I was not offer a complimentary drink, although they did offer other customers drinks for waiting. I wonder if theyre prejudiced I will probably not go back to this location.

Went last night for take out. When I got home (less than 2 minutes later) the food was cold, crunchy, and overall terrible. Not worth the money for dinner. Afternoon meals have been better in my experience. If youre going to sell old food that has been sitting out for a while, may want to warn the customer... OR perhaps make fresh food for the evening time too. No one wants to spend $20 for food to just be trashed.

Prepaid online, and they only had 2 of the 6 things we ordered, substituted whatever they had leftover in an attempt to fill the order. Really, no spring rolls, no egg rolls, no orange chicken? What are you people doing? Pitiful. Stay away.

I love Panda Express and I eat it about 5 days out of my week. The people here are so nice and theyve never came off as rude or disrespectful in any way what so ever. The food is not terrible! for being a drive thru its pretty dang good! :)
