We have had bad times and good times here. However my kids enjoy it so we go every great once in awhile. This last time we went was horrid. We have four kids. Usually someone offers to help with the trays so that we can get the kiddos round up to their seats. This time? Even when I asked for help none was given. SO we go to our normal table with me barely balancing the tray while holding my 2 year old hand and my wife corralling the 3 year old and my twins. After setting our tray down and starting to get everyone arranged we are rudely told that section was closed. SO we have to go to the opposite side of the place since other large tables were occupied. Again no offer for help. OK, so we get everyone sat and I go to get my youngest their food. They usually have mashed potatoes, macaroni, and rotisserie chicken. I find out they have NONE of the three items. I am told it will be a half hour on potatoes, 30 minutes for mac, and over an hour for the chicken. SO I go back to our table to try to figure something else out for my boys to eat. I ask my wife if the waitress is nice and she frowns at me and tells me no one had even come by. That was our final straw and we asked for out money back. The manager did not even offer so much as an apology. We will NOT return and we suggest you do not either. The place was much dirtier than we had ever seen even at the counter where you get your drinks.

The etown golden corral is franchise owned the managers dont know very much about managing .... My husband was physically assaulted in the etown restaurant and when we addressed the manager with the issue the manager threw us out.... The guy is lucky he didnt go to jail that day.... I had to go to work didnt have time to wait for the situation to be handled... Went to Louisville and they are corporate owned and awesome .... The bathrooms are always discusting in etown and we even had to report one day the bathroom and they had to shut the bathroom down it was sooooo nasty ... Depends on where you go

I have decided to change my once happy review of Golden Corral to a sad one. :-( Though I love the ranch dressing and varieties of buffet food, its saddens me to say I will not be going back to eat here until AFTER THEY REMODEL. Ive been in this town for 20 years, and this building has been the home of this establishment just as long, with no major remodeling. The bathroom was in disrepair, showing signs of neglect, and major age, especially on the toilet seats. It made me wonder whats happening in the kitchen. No, a REMODEL is in order. Hurry up with it so I can go back. I will miss you guys.

Where to begin. this aint my eighties Golden Corral. Pretty Dirty not much just been cleaning around here the roads around the food area are very greasy. Ice cream bar they have real ice cream now but the scoop is not in running water. Hot caramel hot fudge is a joke it needs to be cleaned out. Dont get me started with restrooms. Military discount is only on Mondays for active duty or Vectren for $1 off only. Dependents dont count Golden Corral. They seriously need to close this place for a month or two and do some major cleaning and fixing up. Waitress only talked once to us.

My family and I ate dinner at the Golden Corral over the past weekend in E-Town. Within 24 hours, five us got food poisoning from eating at this establishment. In addition, the utensils that my mother got were still dirty and the high chair I got for my my nephew was sticky and dirty and had not been wiped down. Food poisoning can happen anywhere and it very important for employees to wash hands, sanitize work areas and properly store and cook food. As for the unclean silverware and dirty highchair, this was just as unacceptable.

Have been in the area for a while and as a family we have generally enjoyed this restaurant. Here as of the late the quality and just overall experience has really declined. I personally am a diabetic juvenile onset so my options of food become limited. My only sugar free drinks are now a Caffeine free diet Pepsi, unsweetened tea and water!! For what I pay for myself and 3 kids that is pathetic. We will no longer dine at this restaurant for multiple reasons and am saddened by the general quality of this establishment.

Its average for a buffet. Do not eat the smoked chicken! It is nasty. I love real smoked meats and this tasted like fake smoked flavor. Nevermind it was not done all the way through. The floor to the restroom was wet (carpet) and the restroom was not clean. Our server "Heather" was very talkative and somewhat loud. Got to hear about all her complaints. She was pretty obnoxious.

Your dollar definitely goes far at golden coral. Good slogan ha. But golden coral of course isn't the most sanitary place in the world. I mean for god sake it's a buffet. Give them a break. But I have eaten there numerous times and I've gotten pretty good food and yet to get sick in anyway minus being to full. Man do I love my buffets :)

THIS IS BY FARRRR THE BEST GOLDEN CORRAL AND BUFFET PLACE EVER!!!! Our waitress Pam was beyond AMAZING!!! The General Manager walked by and greeted and talked with us..the place is spotlessly clean everyone is soooo nice 5 stars for sure and weve been from Detroit to New Orleans..definitely going to stop here every week on our trips

Terrible customer service. The food looked like it had sat there for a long time. It tasted like it to . The food stations were disgustingly dirty. Nobody had cleaned them. The utensils were just as nasty mine still had food on them. Ive been to amazing golden corrals, but this was just disgusting. For sure will not be coming back.

Bad service the second we walked in the door. The girl taking drink orders was rude and seemed impatient. The cashier walked away from us. The food was mediocre at best. Chicken was red in the middle. Spaghetti noodles were hard. Mashed potatoes were good though. Maybe this place is better on certain days, who knows.

Not the place to go during the week. For some reason it seemed like it was very slow with hardly anyone there, but the food was all cold. The only thing that seemed to be decent was the meatloaf and shrimp, but the rest seemed a bit sketchy. I would have to go back during peak hours to really assess this place.

The food was warm The Waitresses were great the cashier is really nice but the eggs were liquid they werent real eggs and they cook my eggs where they were Raw its either that or thats just the way liquid eggs taste the cook had an attitude like he really didnt want to be there he really didnt care

Its a typical Golden Corral. However, it smells musty, like old wet carpet. The quality of food was displeasing and visually not appetizing . On our last visit the labels of items were rarely what they were on the bar. Just walking around looking at some of the food made us lose our appetite.
