First impression of this place was it was an absolute dump!! Which was disappointing since years ago i used to eat at the old location and it wasnt special but it was at least inviting and the staff was always friendly. After many years and visiting cleveland again i was looking forward to visiting this newer dynasty restaurant. I arrive at 5:00 semi crowded, the waitress gives me attitude because I refuse to sit in the middle of her noisy crowded section, im eating alone and just didnt want to be lumped into the middle of that. I sit at a different table and the top of it was so sticky I had to move again, at this point im already considering leaving, i wait awhile for her to ask me what to drink i say ice water she brings it to me and this is literally the last time she comes to my table in the 30 mins im there. The buffet was half empty of food, it was cold and stale and some of the food items were questionable to say the least, and to top it off the the buffet is 8.99 included a beverage, the man at the counter charged me the same price even though i had water to drink, plus he was very rude I had to stand at the counter waiting on him to quit playing on his phone to even pay my bill, so my experience there was less than satisfactory, will never return.

I was a huge fan of this place for 4 years. It seems the manager who kept everything fresh at the buffet is gone, havent seen her the past 3 times where I tried to appreciate this place like I used to. Now they have a child or two running around screaming and playing while people are trying to eat, have the temps turned down far too low on the food making everything cold unless it has just been replaced within the last 10 minutes. Their chicken entrees just dont have the quality of meat or flavors that they used to.. sushi is clearly bought somewhere else and thawed out but never at the right temp. They need new management, the food and service are just dismal and wont be back unless I see this place is packed like it used to be!

Me and my family eat here somewhat often. But I do have two complaints. One sometimes the food is left out on the buffet too long and gets dried up and nasty. Two I hate the way the servers try to force you out of the resturant. They will bring you your check and come back every couple minutes asking if you want to pay. Then especially if you leave a tip on a debit/credit card they look to see how much their tip was right at your table. I even had one lady mad because I only left her 15% of a 15 dollar bill. She insisted we leave immediately and refused to serve us after we had been forced into paying before our meals were done.

Bad service the last 5 times we have come in. Staff is incredibly rude, the guy at the register acts as if he doesnt have time to deal with people. One time even the manager snapped at us because they were busy. We waited 5 min. At front to be seated as multiple employees walked by. I caught the manager as she walked by us for the second time, she acted extremely rude and we just left.Food is old unless you come at a busy time. We came about an hour before they closed and they had no food on the buffet. Restroom is incredibly nasty. I am not coming back. Its a shame this place was really good, but not anymore.

GO TO ROYAL BUFFET, THEY ARE NOT RUDE, AND BETTER FOOD FOR YOUR $$$$$ The man at the cash out counter is rude and can hardly speak a word of English, which makes explaining when they charged us wrong very difficult and he is just downright dry and unpleasant. He even objected when I and my partner shared a drink, said not allowed....how utterly ridiculous.....food is average, buffet choice is scant and some of the seats are torn. The "salad bar" isnt much more than a slab of lettuce tossed on to the buffet tray. Overall you are better off going to Royal Buffet which is nearby Walmart here in Cleveland.

Im a foodie, caterer, and critic of food that absolutely must be just right. This is it for Cleveland. Great. Crab Rangoon, spring and egg rolls, chicken and mushroom in oyster sauce, general Tsaos chicken, seafood Moo goo gai pan, beef and green pepper, broccoli beef, fried. Shrimp, chicken wings, black pepper tempura shrimp. The empty pans that some disgruntled individual took pictures of, happens anywhere that has great food and a following that comes back for more!

I took my wife and her mother for our annual Chinese Christmas dinner. Service was poor, and the food was horrible. Almost all the fried foods were dried up and tough. The place was reasonably busy and it was not near closing time, so it seems like the food could have been freshened up a little. Our server spent most of the evening cleaning rather than attending us. Im not sure what has happened; this place used to be great.

Took Austin out to eat for his birthday. We were so disappointed. The food was cold and tasted terrible. The trays on the buffet table were mostly empty and they didnt refill them. The service was terrible. We had to practically beg to get drinks refilled. It was such a miserable experience. The guy at the register was even rude when we were paying. We will never go back to this restaurant. Major waste of money.

This has been my favorite Chinese buffet for many years. Yes, sometimes the food has sit there a few minutes, but if you ask for fresh items as soon as you see its a little old, they are than happy to make you fresh. I cant blame them for trying not to waste food, Im sure that what helps keep the cost down. The employees are always super nice and very courteous.

The food was ok , but then roaches ran across the table while I was eating. Told the owner and his reply was its ok all restaurants have bugs !! No sir they dont just your nasty little rat hole of a restaurant. Health Dept visit coming to a Restaurant near you soon. Ill never go there again or recommend anyone to this dump !

Food is tasteless and cold. Like refrigerator cold. Employees have their young children running around, and an infant in a stroller. Two hostesses complaining about people not leaving tips or "only a dollar for two people --- its a buffet! So unprofessional and the food sucked. Never will come back.

My husband and I went here for lunch. The staffs kids were running around, climbing up and down the high chairs, and no one was watching them! I dont know how many times the little girl almost fell out of the high chair! I have two kids and the know not to act like that!
