On 3 separate occasions, my order was wrong, not just wrong but missing items I paid for. On January 22, ordered go cup, tenders and a go cup hot wings....Got go cup one tender and go cup popcorn chicken.....On January 29 ordered $10 share chicken, should have been 6 pieces got home to only 4. On January 30 order 1/2 gal of unsweetened tea and another of sweet tea and 2 cups of ice. They wanted to charge me $1.75 for each cup of ice and had never done that before. Tried to go to the website and do survey and it wouldnt let me on any of these....Also I called a few months back because food was missing from a $40 order and the manager said he would mail me out some coupons for what I bought. He took my name and address but I never received anything.

I like all breast meat but several times have ordered and paid for "out the nose" but arrive at home only to discover that i am shorted of "pieces" or dark meat had subsituted the white pieces i paid extra for! If you need napkins.. Request with great emphasis or you wont receive any! Goes with any condiments also! In todays economy, any customer has a choice to choose where they spend their dollars.. Its good business to keep repeat customers coming back! Not trying to increase bottom line by "shorting" a customer! I have taken my money eleswhere because of this businesss repeated failures! Oh yeah! Change your fry vat oil! And brix your drinks! The syrup to CO2 ratio is badly off! Your drinks suck!

I live in the area and have tried to eat at this place several times. I have never had a correct order. Many times I have had to return from my home to get orders corrected. These are the most incompetent people in the state. Being able to count up to at least 5 in tacos needs to be part of there screening process when hiring employees and from what I have seen managers. I am not speaking from one bad experience, but several. I requested the manager double check my order on my last visit. After him assuring me it was correct I was soon in his face showing my disgust.

My card was declined so I tried it again. Still declined. I checked my account when I got home and there was not a money problem at all. I called KFC to let them know their card machine is not working right. I hope no one else has to go through an experience like that. I was worried all the way home that my account might have been hacked. Needless to say but I did not get my dinner because I had no cash with me.

same things as the others. order not right. shorted chicken. how come they never give you too much. this time i called about it. i have to go in on a wed after 4pm to see Rachael as she seems to be the only one that can correct it. shame, they have good chicken

Toco bell and kfc....wow just sad ...they failed on my order completely some chicken who is off work is floating around back there in personal clothing..nasty attitudes...very very disappointed

People walking out because they dont have enough chicken cooked. Cant ever seem to get what you order and the food has been horrible. My money will be spent else where.
