Dad and I stopped in Saturday. Ive been here numerous times, especially for 2 for 1 burger Saturdays. The burgers are excellent, but make sure you order them medium-well to avoid a potentially overdone burger. You can even order one burger with a salad and another with fries (or another side) if youre feeling hungry. Their pizzas are some of the best in the Tri-Cities - as many or as few toppings can be added as you like, and each pizza is made fresh to order. The pizza on the lunch buffet wont be as fresh at the end of lunch, but who expects it to be? Its a great value. Love the decor, but the service can be agonizingly slow. Ive been in on 2 for 1 burger Saturdays and it takes 45 mins to get the burger. Unacceptable. Regular priced menu items are also overpriced compared to other casual dining options on Stone Drive and Eastman. Good place to eat, but come for the specials only. Otherwise, there are better places for your dollar.

This place is so hit and miss. One time you go and its good. Next time its awful. Ironically the best part about the resturant is their weekly buffet. That and the 2/1 burger special they have on Saturdays (only way their burgers are affordable and probably the only two reasons I still eat here). The pizzas and pasta are always fresh on the buffet but when you Order a pizza, be warned. It probably wont be the way you asked for it and they are so expensive that they should come the way you ask for it. The staff is half and half; half very nice and courteous and the other half rude as can be and treat you like a burden. I give it three stars because two said "I disklike it" which isnt entirely true.

Possibly one of the most horrific experiences of my life. Ordered the buffet and when walking up to it, was told they were shutting it down. When I ask for some peperoni pizza they pointed to 3 cold disgusting looking slices and said, "there you go". Another customer ask and they were told, "I will bring you a nice fresh hot one".I was treated like an animal by the server and after showing them i couldnt stomach the disgusting food was reminded again they were closing the buffet. THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWNHILL! Both in food and service. Take my advice and do not waste your money on these jokers.

Ive been going there for years and have nothing but good to say about the place. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly. Some of my favorite dishes are the sesame crusted salmon and bruschetta. The flavor of their pizza is some of the best around. In the spring/summer, you can sit outside on the patio and many weekends sponsor a band. Theres also a banquet room for use for parties. Give it a try!

Were not from town so Im basing this opinion on my one-time event but we went there sat for 15 minutes before we finally got our beers then took another 15 minutes before we even got a chance to place an order and we simply asked for the check and went somewhere else I was told by locals this is a fairly decent place but we never got an opportunity to try it out such a shame

The staff here are some of the rudest people I have met before. The waiters have hair hanging in their eyes constantly, and I often see them go have a drink at the bar. They are constantly talking to each other, and I recently saw a long-haired waiter and another female worker being intimate in an empty room. Disgusting place, I would not take my family here again.

Rush street is one of the few local non chain restaurants in Kingsport. The food and service are always top notch. Evenings are a little bit harder to get in to eat but it just shows yoh how much people like it. I cant speak to what might be gluten free here but several things i would assume would be. Please go enjoy local and support them.

Food is good. I like the pizza, the goat cheese dip and teriyaki chicken. The salad dressings are too runny. The baked potatoes are not great. But the chicken tortilla soup is usually really good. The service is hit or miss. Ive had some fantastic servers there, Ive had some really crappy ones too.

This place has the best lunch buffet around. House made salad dressings, large selection on salad bar, good pizza, spaghetti, rolls etc. on bar. decent price, great service. Locals know this is the place, very busy at lunch hour, so be on time, it will be worth it.

Terrible pizza buffet! Only 4 pizzas per bar and they taste like frozen cheap store bought pizza for a whopping $8.50 per person. Dont waste your money or appetite here! Their tea tastes like ice water as well. Never eating there again!

A great place to eat, my favorite Tri-Cites restaurant by far! The menu is diverse and the pizza is out of sight - try the "Spectacular". Not a cookie-cutter chain which I always avoid, great atmosphere and service !!

Had a large group meeting there the other day. The food was good and the servers took were fairly on top of things. I enjoyed my dinner and drinks quite a bit. I think most people were satisfied with the dinner.

This is a fantastic locally owned restaurant with friendly owners, wide variety of food, and always a solid meal. The pizza buffet for lunch is highly recommended.

Went to see a band play, and this place was way. A bad place to see a show. Didnt try the food, though, so I cant rate it for anything other than "too tiny"! Lol

Nice local place with good atmosphere. Drink selection is adequate, but limited. Food is good, having only tried their pizza. Service is good, but a bit slow.

overpriced. Several of the wait staff at the bar are very rude. Like to go listen to the bands, but dont go real often because of rude staff and high prices
