Used to work here. The grill is messed up so the meat is never cooked to a safe temperature so they then just microwave the patties to try and get them to temp, on top of that the employees routinely leave raw meat patties laying around to thaw before cooking them and dont wash their hands after handling them. The ice cream machines have a roach infestation problem that has never been taken care of, so bad in fact that at one point the chocolate machine wouldnt work anymore because the roaches were shorting out the wiring. The management doesnt care about customer concerns and has laughed at customers to their faces before in front of all the other employees. Employees routinely clean the bathrooms or take out trash and return to making food without washing hands. Im honestly surprised no one has died from this place. Go at your own peril.

Hit the drive thru for desserts- we started to place our order and were told they could not make blizzards. We were asked a couple times, "you want anything else?" while we were trying to decide what to get besides the blizzards even after telling him we needed a minute to decide what else we would want. Asked for a strawberry sundae, were told they were out of strawberries. Finally decided what to get, and the price was mumbled to us. However, the speaker wasnt turned off and we heard the guy say, "what?"- thinking he was talking to us, my husband told him, "thats all sir." The response: "I told you your total was $$.$$" Never again will I go there after such rudeness!

Once a month or so I forget how terrible the customer service is at this location and I go again. this time they had the Drive through menu light off an hour and 15 minutes before close saying they were "getting ready to close and had to turn it off". Once we got to the open window we heard the clerk tell one of the cooks a string of swear words regarding the customer flow and then turn to tell us our total. That was the last thing she said to us. Our total. I understand yall got the Ice cream in Joelton market cornered, but would it hurt to pretend you dont hate all the customers?

I ordered a hamburger meal no onion and no pickle and a 4 piece chicken strip meal with two blizzards. I pull up to the window and they hand me ice cream and tell me the chicken is cooking. We got home to find we had a plan hamburger no condiments, I got 3 pieces of chicken that looked like chicken nuggets, about 20 fries with no ketchup, no sauce and no gravy. I paid 21.00 for melted ice cream, 3 chicken nuggets and a plain burger. This is why there is never a line at Dairy Queen. They are horrible and will not hire anyone over 20.

This was the worst service I have ever had. It was more like a high school meet and greet behind the counter than a business. 4 or 5 people in uniform, 3 or 4 without. Yet, with no one in front of me, I had to wait ten minutes to have my order taken. The workers were discussing such important matters as who had requested whose snap chat and insta gram accounts while they were all making desserts for themselves. Glad I was just passing through so I no chance of ever returning.

I love their food. My boyfriend and I usually get the $5 meal during the day on the weekend with the onion rings instead of french fries and they are the best onion rings I have ever had. The cheeseburger is delicious. There is sometimes a wait but the food is fresh so I dont care about the wait. The sundaes are fabulous.

Me and my husband went to eat and we got some ice cream to go with our meals and I ordered a bananas split.. I was eating it and noticed the two bananas tht were in it were rotten and bruised!! I had to throw them away!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went by at 9:35 pm and a worker was taking the trash out and we ask what time they close and he looked at his phone and said we are actually closed right now... I asked what time do you close he said 9:30 but the store hrs say 10 to 10.... hum?

Horrible service through drive thru. Rude and hateful. We have 4 kids and spoil them w these treats often and this was the worst experience. Whoever runs this store should consider speaking to their employees on conduct.
