We waited for over close to 20 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got to the window. When we arrived at the window, we could see our food, 5 chiks, waiting in a bag by the register, we waited close to 5 minutes before the cashier even opened the window. Our total was $6.65. We gave him $20.65. He gave us back $13.90. When we brought the mistake to his attention he argued with us. When he did give us our food it was cold. Not room temperature, but cold. We called and asked for a manager and explained about the change and she asked if we got the correct change, when we said no she said "ok." When we told her about the food being cold she said "Ok, and." We looked up the corporate number for Krystal but the only number we could find simply gave us their business hours and an option for pay roll, nothing else. Granted it was late, but we are not young drunk college kids, we are local business owners who happened to be very busy thanks to Mardi Gras and out late consequently. It was over all a pretty horrific experience, even our dog was not really interested in eating the food, because we could not eat it.

Tonight I ordered 8 Krystals,2 fries and a corn pup for mysefl and room-mate. When I got the order home I dumped the fries out on a plate to eat along with the corn pup and a couple of krystals. About halfway through my fries I saw something dark and at first thought it was I burnt fry. On looking closer I discovered to my dismay and disgust that it was a dead Cockroach. I have never had that happen to me anywhere before. I got totally sick to my stomach. I returned the roach and the rest of my dinner back to the store. Thankfully they gave me a full refund. I did file a complaint at the main headquarters. I just thought Id let some others know what happened and that I will never be eating there again. If I ever have a craving for krystals again I will buy some White Castles from the grocery store.

Horrible employees, not-so-friendly service, and all for the price of your money with no food! If youre looking for a late night place in Decatur, Alabama, do yourself a favor and head to Steak N Shake. I tried to go through the drive through, paid my money and then told to pull ahead since I got 24 krystals (trying to feed 5 people). After seeing 3 cars get their food and drive off (with the final lady grabbing a sack of 12.) I got highly upset and walked in. Sure enough, they took my order, took my money... and havent even started on the order. Never again will they see my business!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We got sweet teas that were only waters with sugar, I think they forgot the tea bags. Our food was cold (5 burgers, 3 chicks, and 2 chili cheese fries), I could deal with one item being cold but everything was horrible. The staff including the "manager" at 12 a.m on this Thursday should be fired, the girl at window and the manager were rude and the cook was making very loud "coo-cooing" noises the whole time we were at the window! We wont be back.

The manager cussed me out and the whole staff came out to my car after i got my food cussing and telling me to leave. They started to clap and one staff member acted like he was going to kick my car all because they didnt want to wait on me. I came 3 hours before they closed and was never rude until the "manager " called me a b**** when i asked who the manager was. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THE STAFF !

Worst experience I have ever had in my life!! Would not accept my 1985 $20 bill..... Claiming it was a fake. I tried to explain to the manager that this was just an old bill but he didnt like being wrong. They did not take any of my money claiming it was all fake. The staff at this establishment is borderline mentally retarded. My advice.....eat at burger king

The only reason that Krystals. Is getting a 3. Is because the manager replaced my order. I got 12 Krystals w/ chs. Out of the 12 6 of them was raw!!! So make sure you check. Before pulling out of drive thru. Because they dont answer their phone. Or it will cost you a trip back.. Want be eating Krystals for awhile. 6/13/17

Went through drive thru n got ten cheese krystals n chili cheese fries my buns was hard with ketchup i didnt even order ketchup on them n chili wasnt hot plus when i went in it was a young lady sitting on one of the stations with her feets up on the phone wise the manger out side very unprofessional

I like the fact that Krystals stays open 24 hours. Most of the time their burgers and the rest of your order is cooked fresh. Their burgers also have a very unique taste. Sometimes there is just nothing like a Krystal burger...

No stars would be too generous. Waited at least 15 mins in parking lot for food that was coming up. No other customers in line. Food was cold! I suggest steak n shake for a late night meal. Or Wendys. Anywhere but here!
