Not my favorite Panera location. The store is relatively new yet shows lots of wear in beat up tables, chairs, and booths. The fresh bread display is very small. The setup is much different than other locations. The food was ok. My daughters Tomato soup was delicious as always with a good size baguette as a side(she has gotten small pieces at other locations). My Mediterean Veggie sandwhich left something to be desired. One slice of bread came from near the butt end and was much smaller than the other slice. This left goat cheese, onions and cucumbers falling out of the sandwhich making it hard to eat. Yes i may be nit picking here. But seriously a veggie sandwhich, 1oz bag of potato chips, a small bowl of Tomato soup with a 6" piece of baguette and 2 drinks cost over $17. That is $5-7 more than i spend at any other fast food establishment and i get less food for it. For that extra money everything better be spot on with no room for error.

Food was good as always. However, I was driving and couldnt use the app to place my order. Bethany made me feel as though I was bothering her by calling in to place an order. I thought thats why they had the option to press when calling for placing a pick up order. She truly was rude and it surprised me the way she made one feel for not using the app online to order when I explained the reason I didnt use the app was because I was driving and she still was irritated with receiving the call for a take out order. They shouldnt start off their call with why arent you using the app or ordering online? Do you NOT have the Internet or a phone? Obviously I have a phone or I wouldnt have called. Next time I suppose I am supposed to pull over and use the app rather than be safe and call. Wont be back for a while, atleast not to this location.

Mediocre reheated frozen food that is overpriced and does not taste very good at all. 26 dollars for a full sandwich, chili bowl and smoothie is ridiculous for this level of quality. it was 3.50 alone just to get extra turkey on my sandwich. The chili was pretty good but the taste of the sandwich turkey was terrible and you could tell itd been thawed. The smoothie was extremely tart/sour in flavor. Then they have the audacity to put a drice thru tip jar outside so that you can end up spending close to 30 dollars for crap food!! Chik fil a is nearby and a much better option and cheaper/faster.

This used to be my favorite panera because it had the friendliest cashiers. Well its no longer my favorite. In fact, i wont return. Heres a pic of my whole watermelon salad. And last week I ordered a half sandwich and it was a 2 by 2 square, a fourth if a sandwich at best... Im sick of paying $10 for something, it not coming as advertised, and leaving hungry. Today, I even confirmed, this is a whole? The guy said yes, but I say BS. My friend also ordered a whole and hers was full to the bowls brim.

Just went through the drive thru and my entire order was wrong. That is just super frustrating! I dont want to get back in my car and go back... I just expect it to be right. Its not that hard. When you order a BOWL of soup and you get a cup, thats an issue. If it was just that I would have been fine. But I ordered a turkey and AVOCADO BLT. Apparently they forgot the AVOCADO! Dang it. That makes me mad.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. This is how much chicken salad I received!! It was a to go order, so I unfortunately wasnt able to get a refund or new sandwich. So disappointed. EDIT: manager said I could bring in receipt and picture to get reimbursement. Changing review to 3 stars.

The food is good and the coffee excellent. They have a morning paper for you to read free. Prices were good. Far superior to Starbucks. I like the Gallatin Panera Bread better than the one in Hendersonville. Not so snooty.

The reason for my two star rating is the price, The food is good love the soups, my last visit cost me over $16 bucks for two bowls of soup and no sandwich or drinks.......Just cant afford that.

Love my local Paneras. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. My only complaint is that sometimes they run out of the favorite food I like lol.. I guess its a favorite for many.

I love panara however i wish the sides had a better selection. Who wants a side of dry hard bread with a sandwich? Wouldnt a pasta salad or slaw or a small fruit bowl be more appealing?

I had a meeting here and ordered a blueberry bagel, blueberry cream cheese, and a strawberry/banana fruit smoothie was delicious. Customer service was great too.
