I go to this Panera more than others because I work in the area. I normally order online and go pick it up because sometimes you just need to get out of the office. My lunch was pushed back today to accommodate a co worker. Well, I called Panera to let them know I wouldnt make it there by that time and to find out if it would stay on the shelf. Now, I was willing to take my bad luck and eat cold food, I was more concerned about someone walking off with what if already paid for. Chad and Greg were so wonderful. They threw out my order and stated Greg would remake it when I got there. I got there and Greg had it to me in well under 5 minutes. Its not what I was expecting, but its greatly appreciated. Such GREAT customer service above and beyond.

Hate to say it but this is the worst Panera Ive ever been in. Consistently dirty, filthy tables, etc...The stale coffee seems always to be several hours old. And the managers dont seem capable of being nice as if they dont value the customer. The store not only poorly reflects on the managers but Panera as a whole. That said, the cashier team does have a good and positive outlook - maybe they should be running the store? Really, the worst Panera I have ever been in. Panera has a fairly high price point; my advice is to spend those dollars elsewhere.

In short: good food, poor/rude service, unclean facility. Most importantly, it is not clean. There are DEAD BUGS hanging from the ceiling above the food prep area. The food tastes great as always, BUT they got both of our orders wrong - which is really bad when all we ordered was coffee and bagels. They forgot one of the bagels, and then gave a blueberry bagel instead of raisin-cinnamon swirl. When we asked, she tried to convince us that a purple blueberry bagel was raisin-cinnamon, and we had to talk to the manager to get the right one.

I love knowing that I will experience consistency in both quality of food and customer service. I call ahead before driving in (30 min drive) to ensure that they have the (bagels/cookies/etc) that I need on hand and theyll set it aside and have it all ready for me by the time that I arrive. Excellent experience, every time...

I really like working here, I will have to down grade my hours of work but love that they will keep me on schedule...what i love most is the helpful staff. I am so glad I got to experience being behind the counter is as amazing as when I was being served as a customer...GREAT DELIVERY TEAM AS WELL.....

The first thing that tells you a place isnt clean its its main door. Thats what I found the first time that I visit this Panera location. Tables, the place where the coffee is, and restrooms arent clean. However service was quick and staff was friendly and nice.

Called in at 7:50 pm to see about an item on the menu before I left my home. They had it and I said thank you Ill be there in a minute. I get to the store at 8 to find they are closed for training. Why wasnt I told this on the phone???

The WORST Panera Bread ever. The staff acts like they have no idea what theyre doing, my order is always wrong, and they charge you twice for every transaction. Basically, if you want a bad experience, come to this Panera.

Traveling on I65 and stopped at this one. Very disappointed in the slow service and dirty floors and bathrooms. Shouldnt have even ate here. Been in better and cleaner ones. Like the one in Clarksville, Indiana.

I ordered from the kiosk, got the steak and white cheddar sandwich on Ciabatta bread added bacon and lettuce, tomato. The food was good although it seemed like it was made the fastest as it could be made
