Another poor experience at this Panera; weve finally decided to stop going there, as there are so many great places to eat in Smyrna! It took 20 minutes for us to get our pickup order when we were the only people there. We sat on the bench and listened to the employees talk and laugh the entire time rather than work. They discussed how gross my salad would be with the dressing that I chose (it wasnt, by the way!) and asked, "Why would anyone in their right mind eat balsamic dressing?" Several times, they left the kitchen and went into the dining room to chat with other employees about weekend plans instead of making our food. My husbands soup was poured at the beginning of our 20-minute wait, so it was cold by the time we got it. They gave me the wrong bread with my salad and, when they put the food up, didnt even call our names or let us know it was ready. We had to figure out that it was our food. At this point, weve had several bad experiences at this location with rude and inattentive staff, and sub-par food (though the food this specific time was fine). If you want to eat somewhere in Smyrna, go pretty much anywhere other than this Panera. Very disappointed.

So the food is good, its Panera after all. But the drive through is constantly screwing up my orders. I had previously given up on this location after getting a cappuccino on my way to school and getting a cup full of hot, sweet white milk. Absolutely no espresso in the drink. Twice this happened! Which is a crime as far as Im concerned at 7 am. So now I work near by the location and occasionally get some food for lunch. So I order one bakery item, Im told they are out; ok fine. So I ask for another, and again they are out. So thats kind of bull because I am a raging chocoholic and refuse to leave with some boring non-choclately carbs. Then I go about my day, work 12 hours to finally eat my delicious salad that I also ordered and come to find when I open it, its the wrong salad. Plus it has olives which I am allergic so I cant even eat my lunch. So IF you do eat at this Panera, go inside and make sure they got your damn order right. Ill just sit here and stave, thanks Panera of Smyrna.

Tried to call my order in & was hung up on twice. Then i finally get someone on the phone & they tell me I have to order online & that they were extremely busy. 10 minutes later I walk in & theres 1 person on line. I order at the kiosk thinking it will be faster ....then I proceed to watch 6 employees sluggishly moving about. No one is working on the orders. I ask where my order will come from and she proceeded to point me to a computer screen so that I can see that it is clearly still in process. Then three minutes later another employee finally picked up the ticket and brings it down to the same employee that I was dealing with. They were not busy, they were not efficient or quick. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

This location is, sadly, a hot mess yet I continue to go here about twice a week. Ordered oatmeal this morning and, after waiting a bit, was told - along with 2 other folks - that they were out of oatmeal. No apology, just "do you want a refund or something else". Props to Sarena for making me a sandwich and bringing it out. However, Terri, the manager is consistently rude to employees AND customers, and the employees are always yelling to each other. Today, they were out of almost every kind of bagel, and out of broccoli. How does this happen? Im not sure who is in charge of this location but major changes need to be made.

This is the best of all the Panera sites. The staff always make sure everything is right with the customer. They are customer-centric. I eat there often and they have regular customers that come in every night. They know them by name. They serve one gentleman everyday. He says that he looks forward to this nightly. It makes me feel glad to know that young people still have a desire to help and make someones life a pleasant experience. Even if for this man it is his nightly dinner. They need a medal 4 the kindness they show people.

Staff is friendly but they never ever get my order correct. I asked for chicken noodle soup and they gave me chicken and rice. They didnt give me my baguette that I paid for. When I go to the drive through they are even harder to order from and a little bit rude sometimes. I only go here because I love panera and its the only one close by. I try to check my order but I should be more thorough I suppose. I always get home frustrated because I dont want to drive all the way back out to get my correct order.

This Panera is dirty and hardly ever properly stocked. The hourly staff is friendly, but the management were usually cursed to deal with is awful. If your order comes out wrong (honestly about a 3 in 10 chance), heaven help you if you have to deal with Terri. Her customer service skills are lacking horrendously. If this location wasnt the closest available for our lunch option we would be done with Panera solely because of her. Management like that does not help a business keep customers.

Not so great...got that turkey cranberrie flatbread 2day. There was hardly 2 bites inside. Picture looks good but I only had 3 sm chunks of meat, not slices. Rest of filling was like a tablespoon size. So Disappointed. Hubbies sandwich wasnt good either. Wanted bagels to bring home and they hardly had any, nor breads to buy. We waited for someone to serve us but we got tired of waiting. Wont go there again. We usually love panera, but not 2day.

We usually love Panera, this location is an exception. We purchased a steak panini ($10) and caffe latte ($4) and a couple of bagels. The bagels were good, but the so called "steak" panini was roast beef for the price of steak and the specialty coffee was bitter to the point of being undrinkable. If you want Panera keep going down the interstate a couple of miles to the next exit instead.

Went through drive-thru, ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt, which Ive gotten many times before without issue. Not only was my wait time long but then when I got home to eat my sandwich this is what it looked like.. wheres all the ingredients that usually come on this? I tried calling the location multiple times with no answer. Very disappointed.

They never get to go orders right. Literally, they have left something off of my order every time I have gone there. The last time I went, she verified that they had what I wanted made and still didnt put it in the bag AND I was paying with free vouchers they gave me the last time they left food out of the order. Terrible...
