THEY PUT CARDBOARD DRINK HOLDER SHAVINGS IN MY DRINK ON PURPOSE! The dark skin girl that wears glasses that works the window on night shift was very Rude to me. I ended up throwing my food away because I was chocking on cardboard shavings all I could taste is cardboard, it was all in my drink it is literally stuck in my throat as I gaged and coughed to try to spit it out. She needs to fired to be immediately. This is a Sad world we live in to know these low lifes would put something in our food or drinks because they dont like a certain customer. This happen tonight 6/13/17 at 10:30pm. When tried to call and talk to the Manager their phone automatically hangs up.

Absolute worst Taco bell I have been to. Five cars deep on the drive through will take 10 minutes per car. I have gone there multiple times because hey it is taco bell. I have never had a pleasant experience here. Takes way too long to get your food.. I mean an extremely long time. They toss your food in the bag so sloppily you have to put your food back together. Most mismanaged and understaffed fast food location I have ever been to.

I love Taco Bell, but this location just isnt all that great. Food tastes pretty standard, but its never as clean as Id wish. One time, the cashier even had her kids running around a bit crazy, so she was trying to deal with that while I was ordering. I think it was a one off thing, but they were there my whole meal. The location near the airport is the best Ive had in town. Food is far better than this location.

This is hands-down the best Taco Bell at Eaton at in a long time everything is fresh service was excellent, and believe me when I say this one is excellent it truly is because I eat at Taco Bell at least once a week in every city.

Complete shipwreck. People were screaming and honking horns because they couldnt get out of the drive thru line after being stuck near the back for 10 minutes without moving.

My order is always right and the service is friendly, but the lunch traffic is so ridiculous in that small parking lot. Avoid it at lunch time if youre on a time limit.
