I visited Spring Hill, TN location on July 12, 2017 and spent over $73.00 on what was suppose to be our familys dinner. After going through the drive through we were asked to pull up and wait. Understandable since we had ordered 2-16 piece family dinners plus a single shrimp combo meal w/drink. 25-30 minutes later we finally got 2 bags of what I thought was all of our food. I had a car full of kids anxious for us to get home after waiting so long. After unloading everything we were missing 1 of the 16 piece chicken tenders and my sons shrimp and fries. Lovely I live 20 minutes away and was Not going back. I called location numerous times and no one answered. I then called customer service number on receipt, spoke with a girl named Robin and after telling her what happened she assured me that she would be sending what sounded like a gift card/check to replace what was left out of my order that I could use at my next visit. They left out about $30.00 worth of my meal. Ive not received anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. THIEVES!!

Just recently purchased the 10 piece party pack(spicy) on Thursday for College football party. After getting home, I tried the chicken and it wasnt spicy at all. I went back on Saturday for gameday, again ordering the spicy chicken and when I got home and tried the first piece, again it wasnt spicy. So I believe that Popeyes has either changed its spicy recipe to mild or the manager cant read instructions. But in both cases I spent over $45.00 for spicy chicken and received plain. Im from Baton Rouge and I know Popeyes was high on my list for family get together but after today...I guess I will be going somewhere else. Such a waste of a talented franchise. Just went through the drive thru had to order something because my blood sugar was super low,when I get to the window the girl said "Ill be with you whenever I can." And also did this to the truck in front of us and he ended up leaving as well. As for someone that works in customer service this is uncalled for not how you talk to customers. I had 4 hungry kids I should have not to go someplace else due to rude customer service. Go to a different job if you cant handle customer service!

I went to the one in spring hill the young lady that was working the window was coughing all over the bags so then I see her go fix an order for the window and she is still coughing and is not in a mask and doesnt have her arm nor hand over her mouth which is what the manager said, that the young lady has allergies and she is putting her arm over her mouth I told her that you and the lady working the window should be ashamed and this happened yesterday cant say I will be going back

The worst Popeyes ive ever been to!!!!! Trash was overflowing onto the floor. The lady at the counter was very rude and just walked off doing other things before you could get a chance to order anything. After waiting 10 minutes I just decided to leave. There are way more places to eat in Spring hill that are much better! Dont waste your time with this trash place!

I have been to this Popeyes multiple times and every time Im here they get my order wrong. Theyre rude, slow, and the workers have even asked me what came with the number I asked for. Having to correct them a few times is annoying but tolerable. Now its just ridiculous. Good food, worst service Ive ever experienced, even when theres not a line.

Would rather give it 0 stars but im forced to give it one at lease. Worst food ive eaten. Chicken taste like long john silvers. Tea taste like mop water. Macaroni had no cheese in it. And my order was wrong to begin with. I had to get a refund on this one. Food wasnt even edible.

New establishment. So with all new equipment comes good chicken. The staff are still working on a learning curve when it comes to drive-thru ordering. So look at what you have before pulling off. But then again I believe you should do that at any drive-thru. Wisdom for the day.

This is a newly built Popeyes and the store, furniture, and atmosphere are fresh and clean. Friendliness of the staff is average. The food is typical of what you would expect for a Popeyes restaurant. There really is nothing that sets this location apart from all the others.

Never fails... always missing one or two items from order. Get home, open dinner, and something is missing. To far or late to make a fuss so may just stop trying to rely on them to get it right. They can charge you but you wont see it.
